STRUKTOL TPW 012 is a formulated blend of lubricants designed to provide optimum processing, surface and physical property characteristics of rigid PVC compounds. It is recommended for wood-filled PVC and has been shown to provide significant processing and output rate benefits when compared to traditional lubricant formulations.

STRUKTOL TPW 243

STRUKTOL TPW 243 is a second generation compatibilizer that works by reaction extrusion. Therefore, optimum results are obtained by having adequate venting atmospheric and vacuum and/or heat up the first few zones and starve feed the material so degassing will occur in the feed throat. It should be added at the feed throat either as a pre-blend or a separate feeder.

Solubility

Not dissolves in water, slightly dissolved in alkane, and completely dissolves in aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohol, acetone, hydrocarbon halides and cyclopentane hydrocarbon, etc.

Application

TAIC is widely used as the crosslinking agent, modifier and assistant vulcanizer

of thermoplastics, ion-exchange resin, special rubber and other polymer materials. It is also and intermediate (additive) of photo-curable coating, photoresists and flame retardant (such as TBC).

TAIC is crosslinking agent for EVA sheet of solar cell packaging film.
