Bis[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]tetrasulfide Technical

KH-69 reacts with fillers containing silanol groups during mixing and with the polymer during the vulcanization process under formation of covalent chemical bonds. This imparts better tensile strength, higher module, reduced compression set, increased abrasion resistance and optimized dynamic properties. KH-69 is used in many applications where white fillers containing silanol groups are involved and optimum technical properties are required.
1、Tires: An excellent reinforcing agent in tires to reduce heat built-up, reduce rolling resistance and improve the tires´ wet grip. 
2、Shoe Soles: Generally applicable silane for improving abrasion resistance of sole compounds containing precipitated silica.
3、Mechanical Rubber Goods: General use silane for achieving good dynamic properties, low compression set and high abrasion resistance in mixtures containing white fillers.
4、Adhesives and sealants: An excellent adhesion promoter to glass, aluminum, steel and other inorganic surface in polysulfide, nitrile and other rubber adhesives, sealants and coatings.

Midas MID-C107/MID-107L is a mixture of natural polymer and an organic acid.

MID-C107/MID-107L is a high temperature retarder which can be used to retard all kind of API classes of cement and is effective in wells with temperature up to 570℉.

This additive provides excellent retardation in wells with bottom hole circulating temperature of 570℉.

MID-C107/MID-107L has a dispersing effect on the slurry, increases thickening time and decreases the viscosity of the slurry.

The recommended dosage is 0.1% - 0.5% (BWOC) or 0.5-2.0 USGal/SK depending on slurry’s weight, well’s temperature and solids to water ratio. High concentrations of this retarder and inconvenient compound of the slurry may cause the slurry separation.

MID-C202 is a cement friction-reducing additive which will reduce the apparent viscosity and improve the rheological properties of cement slurry. The improved rheological properties result in reduced frictional pressures during pumping, and turbulent flow can be achieved at lower pumping rates. With a reduction in a slurry’s apparent viscosity, the slurry can be mixed at a higher density than normal by reducing the mixing water, and the slurry is still pump able.

The functions and properties of cement slurries containing MID-C202 are very similar to slurries containing MID-C201 except MID-C202 can be used in slurries with salt concentrations greater than 18% (BWOC) and can be applied in wells above 110℉. The recommended dosage is 0.1% -1.2% (BWOC) depending on slurry’s weight, well’s temperature and solids to water ratio.

MID-C202 is a strong material so it is recommended to do lab tests and find optimum dosage.
