Maxinol 60 is a versatile low molecular weight acrylic homopolymer. Its strong dispersion properties, high hardness chelation value, iron binding capacity and threshold effect provide benefits in textile auxiliaries, industrial water treatment, mineral grinding, detergents and I&I cleaners. Maxinol 60 prevents deposition caused by hardness salts and iron stains during scouring with improvement of fabric whiteness. Maxinol 60 is recommended where metalized dyes are used and conventional chelating agents cannot be recommended. It also shows excellent washing off properties for dyeing and printing. It has superior performance as a washing off agent in hard water as compared to conventional acrylic maleic copolymers because of its high hardness chelation value. Maxinol 60 provides excellent soil release and anti soil re-deposition properties to detergent formulations due to its high dispersion properties.
TEXAMOL WT is a sodium salt of Beta Naphthalene Sulphonic Acid Fomaldehyde condensate. TEXAMOL WT is a powerful dispersing agent, used in dyeing of natural and synthetic fibers to produce speck free level dyeing. TEXAMOL WT is an efficient dispersing agent for use in dyeing o polyester fibers/fabrics with disperse dyestuffs. It is ideally suited for HTHP dyeing of polyester fibers/fabrics with disperse dyestuffs. The recommended concentration is 0.5 – 1.5 g/l in the dye bath. TEXAMOL WT can also be used as protective colloid in Vat acid process with Vat dyestuffs,Acetate rayon dyeing with Acetate dyestuffs,Indigosol (Solubilised Vat) dyeing,Polyamide dyeing with disperse / acetate dyestuffs,Naphthol dyeing.
Zyperse DBC specially made to condition the dyebath. It has good control on the hard ions and other impurities present in the dyebath and also exhibit good levelling properties.Zyperse DBC also be used for wash-off of reactive dyes.
Sequamax PND is a excellent chelating agent for pretreatment and dyeing process. Sequamax PND works over wide ph and temperature range. It is safe for almost all dyestuffs.
2-Pyrrolidone is commonly used as raw materials for organic synthesis and solvents. It is used in industrial settings as a high-boiling non-corrosive polar solvent for a wide variety of applications. 2-Pyrrolidone is an intermediate in the manufacture of polymers such as polyvinylpyrrolidone and polypyrrolidone.
Maxinol 180SN is a polyacrylate, highly effective as dispersant and sequestering agent. It shows good action against agglomeration of contaminants and hardness salts even at high pH. Maxinol 180SN is used widely as anti back staining agent / soaping off agent. It improves penetration and levelness of dyeing as well as their fastness through dispersing and complexing actions without impairing shades of dyed material. It provides excellent results for gray cottons on circulating dyeing machine as well as one bath dyeing and bleaching. Maxinol 180SN prevents silica deposits during dyeing in reactive dyeing. It performs as dispersant for unfixed dye (washing off) without affecting shade and fastness of dyed goods.
MAXINOL 280 SN is acrylic acid based polymer. It is highly effective as dispersant and sequestering agent and shows good actions up to high alkaline pH, high hardness and temperature without precipitation. It is non-phosphorus compound, non-foaming dispersant and has good environmental acceptability as anti back staining agent. It improves penetration and levelness of dyeing as well as their fastness through dispersing and complexing actions.
MAXINOL 285 SN is acrylic acid based polymer.
Triglycerides is an ester derived from glycerol and three fatty acids.Triglycerides are formed by combining glycerol with three molecules of fatty acid.Triglycerides, as major components of very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) and chylomicrons, play an important role in metabolism as energy sources and transporters of dietary fat.Triglycerides are split into monoacylglycerol and free fatty acids in a process called lipolysis, with the secretion of lipases and bile, which are subsequently moved to absorptive enterocytes, cells lining the intestines. The triglycerides are rebuilt in the enterocytes from their fragments and packaged together with cholesterol and proteins to form chylomicrons.Triglycerides cannot pass through cell membranes freely. Special enzymes on the walls of blood vessels called lipoprotein lipases must break down triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol. Fatty acids can then be taken up by cells via the fatty acid transporter (FAT).Triglycerides are also split into their components via transesterification during the manufacture of biodiesel. The resulting fatty acid esters can be used as fuel in diesel engines.
Polysorbate 20 is a nonionic surfactant and emulsifier derived from polyoxyethylene derivative of sorbitan monolaurate which comes from fruit and berries. It is used as a wetting agent in flavored mouth drops such as Ice Drops, helping to provide the spreading feeling of the other ingredients like SD alcohol and mint flavor, used as a detergent and emulsifier in a number of domestic, scientific, and pharmacological applications.Polysorbate 20 is used as an excipient in pharmaceutical applications to stabilize emulsions and suspensions. It is also used by philatelists to remove stamps from envelopes and to remove residues from stamps, without harming the stamp itself.
