METPOL

METPOL is a fungal Tricoderma species cellulase biopolishing enzyme to be used in fabric and garment finishing processes. METPOL is specially designed to give permanent improvement in fabric quality by reducing fuzz and pilling to give soft and smooth hand feel, without damaging the fabric/garment.

Properties
Tex-DS

Tex-DS is a desizing agent based on bacterial alpha amylase. It is a mixture of highly concentrated alpha-amylase, wetting agent and lubricant to convert starch, and starch derivatives, into water soluble products. Tex-DS has three different types of actions. The built-in wetting agent ensures proper penetration of enzyme into the textile material. The enzyme then converts the starch sizes in to soluble dextrin products, which can be easily removed in the subsequent washings. This unique combination prevents the formation of all unwanted creases, streaks, lines and crack marks during desizing process.

Tex-FBP

Tex-FBP is a liquid acid cellulase (carbohydrase enzyme) preparation which readily converts cellulose to lower molecular weight polymers under the proper processing conditions. Tex-FBP is an acid stable form of cellulase and is best run at pH 4.5 to 5.5 and temperature of 50°C – 55°C. It appreciably remove the fuzz and cotton pill balls from garments, sweaters, socks and others as a result of long wet processing or garment dyeing cycles. It increases the "stone wash" effect on rotary washed garments when using a significant amount of pumice stones and/or other abrasives. It may be used in pre-washing to further increase softening.

Properties Suppliers
METPEROX

METPEROX is a catalase enzyme preparation produced from fungal Aspergillus species. METPEROX will catalyze the transformation of residual hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water. It has no effect on textile material or dyestuffs.

Properties
Woolzyme

Woolzyme is protease enzymes from Bacillus species used for finishing of wool.

Properties Suppliers
DUZYME BP

DUZYME BP is a stabilised blend of enzymes designed purely for the de-pilling and bio-polishing of garments.

Properties Suppliers
Peroxzyme

Peroxzyme is a catalase enzymes from fungal Aspergillus spp. specially used for removal of residual hydrogen peroxide from textile material and process liquor prior to dyeing.

Properties Suppliers
Scourzyme

Scourzyme is a mixture of various enzymes preparative produced from selected strain of Bacillus spp. enzymes to be used in textile processing.

Properties Suppliers
ABZIME-AFE
