Amidino thiourea is a secondary accelerator in the sulphur vulcanization of natural rubber containing fillers and is used as an intermediate in pharmaceuticals because of its non toxic nature.
Deovulc OTOS-80 is a highly effective sulphenamide accelerator of dithiocarbamyl type as non-dusting soft granules. It is used for rubber compounds with high requirements on reversion stability, very good resistance against oxidation and low compression set due to formation of short sulphur cross-links. It has proven to be very effective for antivibration applications.
Mixslab ZBOP-50 is an anti-reversion curing agent for sulfur cured NR and diene rubbers. It is a secondary accelerator blending with sulphenamides or thiazol. The vulcanizates have excellent heat resistance and anti-reversion performance.
tert-Butylamine is an organic chemical compound. It is one of the four isomeric amines of butane. It is used as an intermediate in the preparation of rubber accelerators, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, dyes and other organic compounds.
ACCELERATOR TDEC is used as super accelerator in natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber.
OCTOCURE DPG-100 is mainly used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for thiazoles and sulphenamides. It shows a true synergistic effect with these, giving faster cure rates and higher levels of mechanical properties in all general purpose elastomers. Used as a single acceleraor it is very slow and scorchy. Owing to discoloration it is not recommended to use it in light coloured compounds. It can be used in latex as a secondary gelling agent (foam stabiliser ) in the silico-fluoride foam process.
OCTOCURE MBT-100 is a medium fast primary accelerator for general purpose rubbers. It is rather scorchy. In NR it gives a broad plateau and thus is not very sensitive to over cure. Vulcanizates accelerated with MBT-powder have very good ageing properties and little tendency to discoloration. By use of secondary accelerators a faster cure can be achieved. For the vulcanization of EPDM rubbers, MBT-powder is a major component of many current vulcanization systems.
OCTOCURE ZDE-100 is a primary accelerator of natural and synthetic polymers.
Rhenogran CBS-80 is an accelerator for the vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubber. The curing accelerator Rhenogran CBS-80 provides a considerably long scorch time, great processing safety and a fast full cure. Rhenogran CBS-80 is used as a sole accelerator for the low-sulfur vulcanization or in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiuram accelerators.
Ethylene thiourea is used primarily as an accelerator for vulcanizing polychloroprene (neoprene) and polyacrylate rubbers and also used in the manufacture of ethylenebisdithiocarbamate pesticides, such as amobam, maneb, mancozeb, metiram, nabam, and zineb, electroplating baths, as an intermediate in antioxidant production, in dyes, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic resins.
