Ultra-Flow 440

Ultra-Flow 440 is a unique processing additive for application in natural and synthetic rubber. Due to its unique composition it provides excellent improvement of processing properties for a broad range of elastomers like EPDM, NBR and NR.

Properties Suppliers
Ultra-Flow 500

Ultra-Flow 500 is a very effective material for the physical peptisation of NR. It can be applied in mastication only, as well as in the pre-mastication phase of single stage mixing.

Properties Suppliers
Ultra-Lube 160

Ultra-Lube 160 is highly effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. This effect is based on a reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction against metal surfaces.

Properties Suppliers
Ultra-Lube 888

Ultra-Lube 888 is effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. This effect is based on a reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction against metal surfaces.

Properties Suppliers
Ultra-Lube Imx

Ultra-Lube Imx is a highly effective internal lubricant and dispersing aid for specialty elastomers, like HNBR, XNBR, NBR, ECO and exotic polymers.

Properties Suppliers
Ultra-Pep Xp181

Ultra-Pep Xp181 is a chemical peptiser for natural rubber based on DBD and extremely effective at low dosage levels. It is environmentally friendly due to its dust-free appearance. The low melting point of the carrier material ensures a fast. easy incorporation, even at lower mastication temperatures. The material is non-staining/discolouring, thus suitable for light coloured compunds.

Properties Suppliers
Ultra-Blend 5500

Ultra-Blend 5500 functions as a combination of compatibilizer and internal lubricant. Added during the first stage of the mixing process, it helps to increase shear forces, which leads to smaller phases of the polymer (-blend). This creates a larger surface for faster filler absorption.

Properties Suppliers
Ultra-Flow 600 T

Ultra-Flow 600 T is a very effective material for the physical peptisation of NR. It can be applied in mastication only as well as in the pre-mastication phase of single stage mixing.

3. Application of product:

Zinc Borate is one multi-functional synergistic flame retardant with Antimony Oxide etc additives in polymers to improve flame retardant performance, it can reduce smoke evolution and adjust the balance of flame retardant properties versus mechanical, electrical and other properties.
Zinc Borate is widely used in PVC applications such as carpet, conveyor belt, wire and cable, and in Nylon, PE, PP etc engineering plastics of halogen free flame retardant systems based on Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)3, intumescent coating and painting, ceramic glaze, milk glass, decorative paper etc fields.
Zinc Borate is also used in wood composite as fungicide to prevent from decay fungi and subterranean termites .
ZB200 grade's particle size is the smallest, it is recommended to wire and cable applications that need much fine particle size fields
