Loctite 3081

Loctite 3081 is designed for bonding cannulae into hubs, syringes and lancets. Loctite 3081 has excellent adhesion to glass, metal and certain thermoplastic substrates. The ability of this product to flouresce under black light facilitates inspection of bonded assemblies for adhesive. The low viscosity of this product makes it ideal for applications where wicking of the adhesive into pre-assembled parts is desired. Loctite 3081 is suitable for use in the assembly of disposable medical devices.

Properties
Loctite 3100

Loctite 3100 is an acrylic, low modulus, high viscosity, UV/visible light curable adhesive designed for reliable bonding of metals, glass and some thermoplastics. Loctite 3100 is designed for reliable structural bonding of metals, glass, and some thermoplastics, and used for diverse bonding, tacking, coating and sealing operations. It has the ability to bond some clear substrates containing ultraviolet absorbers. The thixotropic nature of Loctite 3100 reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the substrate.

Properties
Loctite 3101

Loctite 3101 is an acrylic, low modulus, high viscosity, UV/visible light cureable adhesive designed for reliable bonding of metals, glass and some thermoplastics and used for diverse bonding, tacking and sealing applications. Loctite 3101 is designed for reliable structural bonding of metals, glass, and some thermoplastics, and used for diverse bonding, tacking, coating and sealing operations. It has the ability to bond some clear substrates containing ultraviolet absorbers. The secondary cure system permits cure of product in shadowed areas.

Properties
Loctite 3301

Loctite 3301 is a non fluorescing, slightly flexible, low viscosity, UV/visible adhesive. It shows excellent for bonding thermoplastics and plasticized PVC. Loctite 3301 is primarily designed for bonding rigid or flexible PVC to polycarbonate. These characteristics enable easy assembly of components with close fitting tolerances (i.e. joining polycarbonate to flexible PVC tubing). Loctite 3301 has shown excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including glass, many plastics and most metals. Loctite 3301 is suitable for use in the assembly of disposable medical devices.

Properties
Loctite 3491

Loctite 3491 is a fast curing, medium viscosity adhesive designed for bonding glass-to-glass and to a variety of other surfaces.

Properties
Loctite 3494

Loctite 3494 is an acrylic, durable, UV/visible cure, medium viscosity adhesive designed for glass and metal bonding. Loctite 3494 cures in seconds upon exposure to ultraviolet radiation of 365nm to form an impact resistant bond which exhibits excellent resistance to prolonged humidity or water immersion. Typical applications include bonding and sealing or potting applications of glass to itself or other materials, such as rough surface decorative glass, molded glass tableware items or automotive lighting components.

Properties
Loctite 3509

Loctite 3509 is a one component heat cure epoxy designed for use as board level corner bond for IC packages, such as CSPs and BGAs. It is designed to cure to during SAC alloy reflow process to minimize steps during PCB assembly. When fully cured, Loctite 3509 provides improved protection to the solder joints against thermal and mechanical stress.

Properties
Loctite 3517

Loctite 3517 is a one part, heat curable epoxy. It is designed for use as a reworkable CSP (FBGA) or BGA underfill for protection of solder joint against mechanical stress when used for hand held electronics devices.

Properties
Loctite 3518

Loctite 3518 is a one part, heat curable epoxy. It is designed as non-reworkable CSP/BGA underfill for protection of solder joint against mechanical stress when used for hand held electronics devices.

Properties
Loctite 3548

Loctite 3548 is a next generation reworkable underfill for thermal and mechanical reliability. Loctite 3548 is designed to snap cure at low temperature to minimize thermal stress on PCB's.
