Lignin peroxidase

Lignin peroxidase is a hemoprotein that catalyzes the oxidative cleavage of C-C bonds in a number of model compounds, and oxidizes benzyl alcohols to aldehydes or ketones. It is involved in the oxidative breakdown of lignin in white- rot basidiomycetes. Lignin peroxidase catalyzes the oxidation of non-phenolic aromatic rings into aryl cation radicals by H2O2.

METCLEANZYME PLAC

METCLEANZYME PLAC is mixture of protease, lipase, amylase and cellulase enzymes preparation produced by a selected strain of Bacillus species. METCLEANZYME PLAC is used to break-down protein bounded stains like, milk, blood, food residues, etc. and fatty stains like oil, grease, carbohydrate stains like chocolate, starch, etc. and fibrous stains.

Properties
Maltosylase-Alpha

Maltosylase-Alpha is a fungal maltogenic amylase (EC 3.2.1.1). Maltosylase-alpha is able to produce high levels of maltose by saccharifying starches of different origins. It's purpose is to produce maltose syrups with more than 50% of maltose, and to produce high attenuated beer in combination with DESATASE (limit dextrinase). It is also used to produce high gravity worts by mixing classic 12°P wort with high maltose syrup.

Properties
Nitrile Hydratase

Nitrile hydratases are mononuclear iron or non-corrinoid cobalt enzymes that catalyse the hydration of diverse nitriles to their corresponding amides with EC number 4.2.1.84.Nitrile hydratases have been efficiently used as biocatalysts in acrylamide production, one of the few commercial scale bioprocesses, as well as in environmental remediation for the removal of nitriles from waste streams.Nitrile hydratases are composed of two subunits, alpha and beta, and are normally active as a tetramer, alpha(2)beta(2).

Nitrite reductase

Nitrite reductase [NAD(P)H] (EC 1.7.1.4) is an enzyme that belongs to the family of oxidoreductases, specifically those acting on other nitrogenous compounds as donors with NAD+ or NADP+ as acceptor. The systematic name of this enzyme class is ammonium-hydroxide:NAD(P)+ oxidoreductase. This enzyme participates in nitrogen metabolism. It has 3 cofactors: FAD, Iron, and Siroheme.

Properties
Sarcosine oxidase

Sarcosine oxidase is an enzyme (EC 1.5.3.1) that catalyzes the oxidative demethylation of sarcosine to yield glycine , Corynebacterial sarcosine oxidase is a heterotetramer and is produced as an inducible enzyme when Corynebacterium species is grown with sarcosine as source of carbon and energy.

Properties
Serratiapeptidase

Serratiapeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme (protease) produced by enterobacterium Serratia sp. E-15.Serratiopeptidase is present in the silkworm intestine and allows the emerging moth to dissolve its cocoon. Serratiopeptase is produced by purification from culture of Serratia E-15 bacteria. It has been found to be an excellent alternative to salicylates (aspirin), ibuprofen, and the more potent NSAIDs. Serratiopeptidase has been researched clinically and used as an alternative medicine over twenty-five years in Europe, Japan and Asia.

Properties Suppliers
Serratiopeptidase

Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme derived from bacteria. It specifically digests the Bradykinins and fibrin formed in the process of inflammation and hence acts as an anti- inflammatory agent. It is used in the treatment of various diseases caused by inflammation.

Properties Suppliers
Sialyltransferase

Sialyltransferases are enzymes that transfer sialic acid to nascent oligosaccharide .Each sialyltransferase is specific for a particular sugar substrate. Sialyltransferases add sialic acid to the terminal portions of the sialylated glycolipids (gangliosides) or to the N- or O-linked sugar chains of glycoproteins.

Properties
T4 DNA Polymerase

T4 DNA Polymerase, a template-dependent DNA polymerase, catalyzes 5'=>3' synthesis from primed single-stranded DNA. The enzyme has a 3'=>5' exonuclease activity, but lacks 5'=>3' exonuclease activity.
