Econazole Nitrate is an important Pharmaceutical Intermediate used from the making of different kinds of drugs.
Triethanolamine, often abbreviated as TEA, is a viscous organic compound that is both a tertiary amine and a triol. A triol is a molecule with three alcohol groups. Triethanolamine is a strong base.[3] Triethanolamine can also be abbreviated as TEOA, which can help to distinguish it from triethylamine.
1,3-Dinitrobenzene is an important intermediate for synthesis of inks and dyes.
1,4-Dibromobenzene are used as heavy liquid solvents, motor oil additives and as an intermediate to manufacture organic chemicals including dyes, pharmaceuticals, pesticides and flame retardants for polymeric materials.
4-Tert-Butylphenol is used to synthesize antioxidants and intermediate in the production of varnish and lacquer resins.
4-tert-Octylphenol is white powder which is Insoluble in water. It is used as chemical intermediate for ethoxylated & phosphated anionic surfactants.
What is 5-Fluoropyrimidine? 5-Fluoropyrimidine is one of the 5- fluorine pyrimidine derivatives and an intermediate for synthetizing medications and agrochemicals, specifically, for cancer treatment and fungicide respectively. The function mechanism of 5-Fluoropyrimidine for cancer treatment 5-Fluoropyrimidines can induce DNA lesions. This will kill the cancer cells and thus cure cancer. The process works via two different mechanisms. One of them involves incorporating drug into DNA, and the other does not involve the same incorporation. In the second mechanism, the detected DNA strand breaks is assumed to be ?spontaneous? DNA lesions. It means the lesions are not repaired because of a lackage of a similar mechanism proposed for the induction of DNA lesions by methotrexate and hydroxyurea. The cytotoxicity of 5-fluoropyrimidines in many cell lines has been correlated with exhaustion of dTTP pools secondary to inhibition of thymidylate synthase. It has been revealed that when dipyridamole changes the metabolism of 5-fluorouracil, a selective increase in 5-fluorodeoxyuridine monophosphate levels can be detected. This should further increase the inhibitory effect on thymidylate synthase. Preparation of 5-Fluoropyrimidines 5-Fluoropyrimidines can be prepared from?diethyl fluoromalonate or dimethyl fluoromalonate.
Ethanolamine, also called 2-aminoethanol or monoethanolamine (often abbreviated as ETA or MEA), is an organic chemical compound with the formula HOCH2CH2NH2. The molecule is both a primary amine and a primary alcohol (due to a hydroxyl group). Ethanolamine is a colorless, viscous liquid with an odor reminiscent to that of ammonia. Its derivatives are widespread in nature, e.g., lipids.
