GaroMAX

Heptane

Heptane is a straight-chain alkane. It is widely applied in laboratories as a totally non-polar solvent. In the grease spot test, heptane is used to dissolve the oil spot to show the previous presence of organic compounds on a stained paper. Heptane is commercially available as mixed isomers for use in paints and coatings, as the rubber cement solvent "Bestine", the outdoor stove fuel "Powerfuel" by Primus, as pure n-Heptane for research and development and pharmaceutical manufacturing and as a minor component of gasoline.

Butanone

Butanone is an organic compound. It is an effective and common solvent and is used in processes involving gums, resins, cellulose acetate and nitrocellulose coatings and in vinyl films. For this reason it finds use in the manufacture of plastics, textiles, in the production of paraffin wax, and in household products such as lacquer, varnishes, paint remover, a denaturing agent for denatured alcohol, glues, and as a cleaning agent. It is also used in dry erase markers as the solvent of the erasable dye. As butanone melts polystyrene, it is sold as "polystyrene cement" for use in connecting together parts of scale model kits. Though often considered an adhesive, it is actually functioning as a welding agent in this context. It is the precursor to methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, a catalyst for some polymerization reactions.

Used below temperature of 150C (302F, BHCT).

Effectively replaces drilling-mud and prevents mixture between cement slurry and drilling fluid.

Has remarkable thickening effect with high viscosity.

Good performance of suspension on weighing agent, insoluble solid and oil drop.

Slurry Compatibility test should be done before using CS210L.

Direct application of CS210L is highly recommended as viscosity reduces drastically after being diluted.
