Sodium Acetate formula designated as C2H3NaO2. It is the sodium salt of acetic acid and has white deliquescent hygroscopic powder appearance. Sodium acetate has many practical uses as the sulfuric acid neutralizer in the textile industry, cosmetics preservative, tanning agent in the leather industry, other users also find in detergents, pulp & paper, and personal care products.
Sodium Nitrate is useful in several reactions carried out on industrial scales for the production of fertilizers, pyrotechnics, smoke bombs and other explosives, glass and pottery enamels, food preservatives (esp. meats), and solid rocket propellant.
Sodium Nitrite is a water-soluble, hygroscopic white or slightly yellowish solid. The chemical formula of sodium nitrite is NaNO2 with molecular weight 68.9953 g/mol. The major sodium nitrite uses are as a food additive, precursor to pharmaceuticals, diazo dyes and pesticides.
Sodium Sulfate is used as a filler in the manufacture of Detergents, Glass, Paper and a range of Textile materials.
White Spirit is the most widely used solvent in the paint industry. In households, white spirit is commonly used to clean paint brushes after use, to clean auto parts and tools, as a starter fluid for charcoal grills, to remove adhesive residue from non-porous surfaces, and many other common tasks.
Zinc Pyrithion is a coordination complex of zinc. It is used in the treatment of seborrhoeic dermatitis.Zinc Pyrithion is suitable for use in outdoor paints and other products that provide protection against mildew and algae. It is an effective algaecide. It is chemically incompatible with paints relying on metal carboxylate curing agents. Zinc pyrithione is also used as an antibacterial treatment for household sponges, most notably by the 3M Corporation. Its antifungal effect is thought to derive from its ability to disrupt membrane transport by blocking the proton pump that energizes the transport mechanism. Zinc pyrithione is approved for over-the-counter topical use in the United States as a treatment for dandruff and is the active ingredient in several antidandruff shampoos.
10-Undecen-1-ol is a fatty alcohol, an alkenyl alcohol and a primary alcohol.10-Undecen-1-ol is used as a flavoring agent. It reacts with tosylated beta-cyclodextrin to prepare beta-cyclodextrin undecenylether. 10-Undecen-1-ol is used in the synthesis of 10-Undecenylacrylat by reacting with acryloyl and triethylamine.
Ascorbic acid is a naturally occurring weak acid that is sometimes known as vitamin C. As a food additive, it is often used to fortify produced food or to restore vitamin C losses from production. While it is most commonly associated with food applications, ascorbic acid also promotes plant growth and protection in agriculture, as a component of polymer processing, in cosmetic, and in cleaning agents.
Butyl Acetate used as a solvent in nail polish along with ethyl acetate. It is used as a synthetic fruit flavoring in foods such as candy, ice cream, cheeses, and baked goods.
Dioctyl Maleate is a clear, colorless liquid. It is used to copolymerize other monomers to form emulsion which used in paints and adhesives. It is used as a plasticizer in Resins to give them lasting flexibility and as an additive in lubricating oils.
