Antimony trichloride is a chemical compound. It is a reagent for detecting vitamin A and related carotenoids in the Carr-Price test. The antimony trichloride reacts with the carotenoid to form a blue complex that can be measured by colorimetry. It has also been used to enhance the louche effect in absinthe. It has been used in the past to dissolve and remove horn stubs from calves without having to cut them off. It is also used as a catalyst for polymerization, hydrocracking and chlorination reactions, as a mordant, and in the production of other antimony salts. Its solution is used as an analytical reagent for chloral, aromatics and vitamin A.

Benzenesulfonic acid is an organic compound. It is the simplest aromatic sulfonic acid. The alkali metal salt of benzenesulfonic acid is used in the production of phenol and resorcinol. Benzenesulfonic acid is also used as an acidic catalyst in esterification and dehydration reactions. A variety of pharmaceutical drugs are prepared as salts of benzenesulfonic acid and are known as besylates or besilates.
Beta-2-Microglobulin is a component of MHC class I molecules, which are present on all nucleated cells (excludes red blood cells). It associates not only with the alpha chain of MHC class I molecules, but also with class I-like molecules such as CD1 and Qa. Beta-2-Microglobulin is expressed by the nucleated cells of the body and on many tumor lines.Human Beta-2-Microglobulin is a low molecular weight protein (MW 11600) consisting of a single polypeptide chain of 99 amino acids. It is identical to the small chain of the HLA-A, -B, and -C major histocompatibility complex antigens. In structure and amino acid sequence. Beta-2-Microglobulin resembles the CH3 region of IgG, though it is antigenically distinct. is eliminated via the kidneys. After filtration through the glomeruli. Beta-2-Microglobulin is reabsorbed and catabolized by the proximal tubular cells through endocytosis. It is found at low levels in the serum and urine of normal individuals.
Bismuth Subcarbonate is a chemical compound of bismuth containing both oxide and carbonate anions.iT occurs naturally as the mineral bismutite. It is light sensitive. It is used as a filler in radiopaque catheters, fireworks.
Chrysoine resorcinol is a synthetic azo dye which was formerly used as a food additive. In Europe, it was banned as a food additive in 1984. In the US, it was banned in 1988. It can be used as a pH indicator with a color change between pH 11 and pH 12.7.
