ZION OS 7010 is recommended for the rapid and complete removal of dissolved oxygen from feed-water and boiler water.
AQUAGUARD 301 is an oxygen scavengers to prevent the formation of corrosion products in steam boiler systems. It is based on catalyzed sulphite technology to ensure the fastest reaction possible and the minimum allowable catalyzed sulphite oxygen scavenger in an easy to use liquid form. It has been designed specifically to remove dissolved oxygen boiler feed water to prevent corrosion. The products are catalyzed which typically works 5 to 10 times faster than uncatalyzed sulphite. The catalyzed sulphite increase the rate of oxygen removal and is recommended where ever the residence time in the condensate return tank is short.
Chemtreat 649 is a free flowing blend of catalysed sodium sulphite formulated to scavenge oxygen from boiler feed water and pipes and vessels during hydrostatic testing. It will give complete corrosion protection to boilers when dosed in relation to the oxygen content of feedwater and during hydrostatic pressure testing of vessels and pipes.
Maxtreat -3100 is a catalysed oxygen scavenger in powder form. It is a blend of sodium sulphite and a catalyst. It is recommended for the rapid and complete removal of dissolved oxygen from boiler feed water. MAXTREAT-3100 reacts with oxygen to produce sodium sulphate, which contributes to the dissolved solids in boiler feed water.It speeds up the removal of dissolved oxygen, and oxygen can be removed completely even from cold water due to catalytic action.MAXTREAT-3100 is formulated to get proper pH control for optimum availability of catalyst for rapid oxygen removal.
Maxtreat-3200 is used to remove the last traces of dissolved oxygen from the boiler feed water.It is a volatile liquid formulation of hydrazine and a catalyst. It is recommended for the rapid and complete removal of dissolved oxygen from the boiler feed water. Hydrazine will act with dissolved oxygen to form nitrogen and water.

SPEC HIB QC-4 removes oxygen efficiently in open feed systems giving effective corrosion inhibition of boiler/exhaust gas economizer system surfaces by converting Fe2O3 (rust) to an organic iron compound. SPEC HIB QC-4's filming properties also reduce corrosion on shut down lines when moisture and oxygen are present.
