MIKROFINE ADC-3072 is a self-dispersible universally employed chemical blowing agent in powder form for the production of cellular plastics. It is completely dispersible. It has been specially developed to produce white foams in PVC plastisol applications where it can be incorporated into PVC-plastisol as a dry powder during the normal mixing cycle. It can be incorporated into rubber compounds at the end of the mixing process and disperses easily in all compounds. It vulcanizates with fine, uniform cell structure and smooth surface can be obtained and these products do not impart discoloration or odor to vulcanizates. It is used in a wide variety of polymers for the production of foamed articles based on plasticized or unplastized PVC, HDPE/LDPE, EVA co-polymers, natural and synthetic rubber, polypropylene and ABS where in it produces whiter foams with uniform and fine cell structure. It is especially suitable for PVC plastisol application.
MIKROFINE ADC-3838 has been specially designed for the injection molding and expansion of foamed thermoplastics. It does not cause mold corrosion. It is self-nucleating and produces foams with fine uniform cell structure and smooth surfaces. It is recommended for polythenic and styrenic polymers with processing temperature around 210-230°C. It is wood replacement for electrical equipment housing and automotive components, cross-linked injection molding e.g. EVA tyres, telephone and coaxial cables and extruded pipes.

Monopotassium citrate anhydrous is manufactured from citric acid and potassium hydroxide.It is also named potassium dihydrogen citrate.Monopotassium citrate anhydrous occurs as white crystalline powder.It is freely soluble in water and practically insoluble in ethanol (96 %). Butyl tin mercaptide am is an organo butyl tin mercapto stabilizer. It provides outstanding heat & light stability maintaining initial colors. It is recommended in crystal clear pvc sheets, blow moulding, rigid films, injection moulding, calendaring process, extrusion. It can be used for higher temperature processing.
Dibutyltin Dilaurate is a water insoluble oily liquid which can be produced by heating lauric acid with dibutyltin oxide. It can also be produced from dibutyltin chloride and sodium laurate. Dibutyltin Dilaurate is a very useful catalyst for the production of urethane foams, PU foams, silicone, and other applications. It is also used as a catalyst for curing silicones, as a stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride resins, as a corrosion inhibitor, and in veterinary use, to treat tapeworms in chickens.
DiBasic Lead Stearate use in the field of lubricant and stabilizer at high temperatures during PVC processing. It finds application in cable manufacturing, calandering operations and extrusions. It is not used in articles that are likely to come in contact with foodstuff. It also possesses good heat stabilising properties, particularly when used in conjunction with other lead stabilisers.
