Dibasic esters mix (DBE) is a refined mixture of dimethyl esters of adipic, glutaric and succinic acids. Dibasic esters mix is a liquid non-flammable, readily biodegradable and non-corrosive with mild fruity odor. It is readily soluble in alcohols, ketones, ethers, and many hydrocarbons, but only slightly soluble in water and higher paraffins. Dibasic esters mix is mainly used as solvents in can/coil, waterborne, magnet wire and automotive coatings.
Ammonium Lacto Titanate is a hydrolytically stable titanium chelate with lactic acid (ammonium salt) as the chelating agent. It is a water based titanium chelate that is stable in water at pH 7 even in the presence of possible reactants. Ammonium Lacto Titanate is stable so long as the pH is maintained around 7~8. This product can act as catalyst in applications such as esterification, trans esterification and condensation.

Powdered iron in an acidic solvent was used in the Bechamp reduction the reduction of nitrobenzene to aniline. Iron(III) chloride finds use in water purification and sewage treatment, in the dyeing of cloth, as a coloring agent in paints, as an additive in animal feed, and as an etchant for copper in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. Iron(II) sulfate is used as a precursor to other iron compounds. It is also used to reduce chromate in cement. It is also used to fortify foods and treat iron deficiency anemia.
Zinc is a metallic chemical element. It is the 24th most abundant element in the Earth's crust and has five stable isotopes. Corrosion-resistant zinc plating of steel is the major application for zinc. Other applications are in batteries and alloys, such as brass. Zinc oxide is widely used as a white pigment in paints, and as a catalyst in the manufacture of rubber. It is also used as a heat disperser for the rubber and acts to protect its polymers from ultraviolet radiation. The semiconductor properties of zinc oxide make it useful in varistors and photocopying products.
