NUOSPERSE 2008 is a unique solvent free/NO-VOC pigment dispersing agent specifically used in NO-VOC paints and pigment concentrates. The product is a liquid polymeric multi-functional surfactant and may be used in both aqueous as well as organic solvent based coatings and inks. It is also successfully used to improve compatibility in base paints tinted with universal or aqueous colorants.
Nychem 1570x79 is one of our Medium Nitrile Emulsion offerings. This line features a combination of very good oil, grease and hydrocarbon resistance, toughness / resilience, and tear and abrasion resistance. Toughness, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance can be further enhanced though either vulcanization or by adding external crosslinking agents such as melamines, epoxies, phenolics or metal complexes. Nychem 1570x79 is a highly carboxylated butadiene acrylonitrile polymer latex that is stabilized with synthetic surfactants so it exhibits superior mechanical stability. It is approved for use under FDA regulations 177.2600 (rubber articles). Nychem 1570x79’s applications are nonwoven binders and textile coatings.

It has good compatibility with phenolics and good heat and light aging. Nychem 1572x64’s applications include paper saturation, friction paper, paper coatings, car tar modification, asphalt modification, nonwoven binders, adhesives, RFL dip, textile coatings.
Nychem 1800x73 is one of our Styrene Butadiene Emulsion offerings.This line features a combination of good polar solvent resistance, toughness and elasticity.Toughness, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance can be further enhanced though either vulcanization or by adding external cross-linking agents such as melamines, epoxies, phenolics or metal complexes.Nychem 1800x73 is a non carboxylated styrene butadiene polymer latex that is stabilized with low/no surfactant so it has high surface tension which gives good resistance to rewetting, good water resistance and low foaming. It is a very firm and durable polymer with excellent film clarity and gloss. Nychem 1800x73’s application is metal coatings.
Nychem 2570x59 is one of our Styrene Butadiene Emulsion offerings. This line features a combination of good polar solvent resistance, toughness and elasticity. Toughness, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance can be further enhanced though either vulcanization or by adding external crosslinking agents such as melamines, epoxies, phenolics or metal complexes. Nychem 2570x59 is a high solids carboxylated styrene butadiene polymer latex that is stabilized with synthetic surfactants so it exhibits superior mechanical stability. It has a low Mooney viscosity which makes it one of the softer product offerings. Nychem 2570x59’s application is metal coatings.
PIPE COAT 2875 is water dispersed, high solids, alkyd coating for protection of metal tubulars. PIPE COAT 2875 resulting film is water insoluble and offers outstanding properties including fast dry, excellent corrosion resistance and very good water resistance. PIPE COAT 2875 exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including previously painted glossy alkyds, cold rolled steel, aluminum, and galvanized metals. PIPE COAT 2875 dries to a clear, slightly amber, glossy coating. The film is formulated to last up to two years on stored metals, such as drill pipe, tubular goods, valves, structures, sheet steel, etc.

PIPE COAT 9978 offers outstanding alkyd-like properties including fast dry, very good water resistance, and good block resistance. PIPE COAT 9978 exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including previously painted glossy alkyds, cold rolled steel, aluminum, and galvanized metals. PIPE COAT 9978 dries to a tenacious, clear film designed to last up to two years on stored metals, such as drill pipe, tubular goods, valves, structures, sheet steel, etc.
PLEXTOL BV 597 is a finely dispersed, self-crosslinking dispersion of a methacrylic ester-acrylic ester copolymer. The dispersion contains an anionic emulsifier system and is free from film forming aids, solvents and plasticizers.PLEXTOL BV 597 is a pure acrylic dispersion, which is suitable as a binder for industrial coatings, e. g. on paperboard (hardboard). Stoving temperature is over 100°C.PLEXTOL BV 597 is supplied in road tankers or in non-returnable plastics drums secured by a lid with clamping ring or in non-returnable palletized bulk containers (net weight 1,000 kg). PLEXTOL BV 597 has to be stored protected from frost and, as far as possible, below 40 °C. Storage at temperatures between + 5 and + 30 °C is recommendable. PLEXTOL BV 597 contains a preservative to counter microbial attack during transportation.

Propyl Acetate is primarily intended as a solvent in the coatings, printing inks industries,cellulose esters,resins,plastics. Its properties are important for the manufacture and processing of numerous products in these branches of industry. Propyl Acetate is formed by the esterification of acetic acid and 1-propanol, often via Fischer-Speier esterification.It has good solvency power for many natural and synthetic resins.
