Flutoprazepam

Flutoprazepam is a drug which is a benzodiazepine derivative. It was invented in Japan in 1972, and its medical use remains mostly confined to that country. Its muscle relaxant properties are approximately equivalent to those of diazepam - however, it has more powerful sedative, hypnotic, anxiolytic and anticonvulsant effects and is around four times more potent by weight compared to diazepam. It is longer acting than diazepam due to its long-acting active metabolites, which contribute significantly to its effects. It is typically used for the treatment of severe insomnia and may also be used for treating stomach ulcers.

Properties
Gambogic Acid

Gambogic Acid is a natural product isolated from the Garcinia hanburyi tree.It induces apoptosis in several tumor cell lines including T47D cells.

Properties Suppliers
Heterocodeine

Heterocodeine is an opiate derivative, the 6-methyl ether of morphine, and a structural isomer of codeine. It was first synthesised in 1932, and can be made from morphine by selective methylation. It is 6 times more potent than morphine due to having a substitution at the 6-hydroxy position, in a similar manner to 6-acetylmorphine The drug methyldihydromorphine is a derivative of heterocodeine.

Properties
Hexanoic Acid

Hexanoic acid is the carboxylic acid derived from hexane. It is a fatty acid found naturally in various animal fats and oils, and is one of the chemicals that gives the decomposing fleshy seed coat of the ginkgo. It is used in organic synthesis, manufacture of perfume, medicine, lubricating grease, rubber and dye.

Hippuristanol is a small molecule found in the coral Isis hippuris. It is having anti-viral activity and may used as a cancer therapy.

Properties
Hyaluronidase

Hyaluronidases are a family of enzymes that degrade hyaluronic acid.It is used for enhancing absorption and distribution of other injected drugs. It is used in medicine in conjunction with other drugs to speed their dispersion and delivery.

Properties Suppliers
Hydromorphone

Hydromorphone is a potent centrally-acting analgesic drug of the opioid class. It is a derivative of morphine, to be specific, a hydrogenated ketone thereof and, therefore, a semi-synthetic drug. It is, in medical terms, an opioid analgesic and, in legal terms, a narcotic. It is used in medicine as an alternative to morphine for analgesia, and as a second- or third-line narcotic antitussive for cases of dry, painful, paroxysmal coughing resulting from continuing bronchial irritation after influenza and other ailments, inhalation of fungus, and other causes. In general, it is considered the strongest of the antitussive drugs, and was developed shortly after diacetylmorphine.

Properties
Isocarboxazid

Isocarboxazid is an irreversible and nonselective monoamine oxidase inhibitor of the hydrazine chemical class used as an antidepressant and anxiolytic. It is used to combat numerous medical problems, such as: depression, social anxiety, panic disorder and also is in the process of becoming a medication to aid in the fight against Parkinson’s and other dementia-related disorders.

Properties Suppliers
Jatrorrhizine

Jatrorrhizine is a protoberberine alkaloid isolated from Enantia chlorantha and other species. It has been reported to have antiinflammatory effect, and to improve blood flow and mitotic activity in thioacetamide-traumatized rat livers. It was found to have antimicrobial and antifungal activity. It binds and noncompetitively inhibits monoamine oxidase. It interferes with multidrug resistance by cancer cells in vitro when exposed to a chemotherapeutic agent.

Properties Suppliers
L-Hyoscyamine

L-Hyoscyamine is a chemical compound, a tropane alkaloid it is the levo-isomer to atropine. It is a secondary metabolite of some plants, particularly henbane. L-Hyoscyamine is used to provide symptomatic relief to various gastrointestinal disorders including spasms, peptic ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, pancreatitis, colic and cystitis. It has also been used to relieve some heart problems, control some of the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, as well as for control of respiratory secretions in end of life care. L-Hyoscyamine works by decreasing the motion of the stomach and intestines and the secretion of stomach fluids, including acid. L-Hyoscyamine is also used in the treatment of bladder spasms, peptic ulcer disease, diverticulitis, colic, irritable bowel syndrome, cystitis, and pancreatitis. L-Hyoscyamine may also be used to treat certain heart conditions, to control the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and rhinitis (runny nose), and to reduce excess saliva production.
