Glutaric Acid a common plasticizer and precursor to polyesters is manufactured by hydrogenation of Glutaric acid and its derivatives. Glutaric acid itself has been used in the production of polymers such as polyester polyols, polyamides.The odd number of carbon atoms is useful in decreasing polymer elasticity.
Rhenosin W 95 is a plasticizer to improve the low-temperature flexibility of elastomer vulcanizates. Its flexibilizing effect at low temperatures and its low vapor pressure a high temperatures make Rhenosin W 95 the plasticizer of choice in rubber articles over a wide range of temperatures. Rhenosin W 95 is easily dispersible and affects the physical properties of rubber compounds only slightly. Rhenosin W 95 is compatible with CR, NBR, NR, SBR, ECO, EPDM, IIR. It is widely used in refrigerator seals, hoses, ribbons, raw edge V-belts and gas meter membranes.
Sulfamic Acid is usually used as herbicides, fire agents, paper and textile softeners, and metal cleaning agent. It can be used as standard in alkalimetry, in acid cleaning, in nitrite removal, in chlorine stabilization for use in swimming pools, cooling towers, paper mills.
Thiokol TP-95 is a highly compatible plasticizer that has been especially designed to impart maximum low temperature flexibility to elastomers. It is particularly effective with nitrile rubbers – including the very high nitrile types: urethanes, polyacrylates and epichlorohydrin rubbers. Thiokol TP-95 plasticizer can also be used in vinyl resin formulations, either alone or in combination with other plasticizers. It is compatible with cellulose resins; such as ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate propionate, and cellulose nitrate. Thiokol TP-95 plasticizer is easily dispersible and does not degrade the physical properties of rubber compounds. It has exceptionally good compatibility with nitrile, urethane, epichlorohydrin, polyacrylate and polysulfide rubbers, and somewhat lower compatibility with other elastomers.
Ethylene oxide is a cyclic ether and is the simplest epoxide, a three-membered ring consisting of two carbon and one oxygen atom. It is extremely flammable and explosive and is used as the main component of thermobaric weapons.
Rhenosin FH 70 is a synthetic plasticizer for mixes based on natural and synthetic rubber. It increases the building tack of mixes based on synthetic rubber and improves processability. It has a good dispersing effect on carbon blacks and light colored reinforcing fillers. In general, it does not influence the storage stability and scorch tendency of mixes. It is widely used in technical rubber articles such as conveyor belts, raw edge V-belts, roller covers etc.
Rhenosin VU 90 is a plasticizer specially designed to improve the low temperature flexibility of NBR and CR vulcanizates. It gives the vulcanizates particularly good low-temperature flexibility and, at the same time, comparably good heat stability. As a primary plasticizer, it has excellent compatibility with all polymers, especially synthetic rubbers like NBR and CR. In addition, to exerting a plasticizing effect this product greatly increases the rebound resilience of the vulcanizates; it may therefore be termed an elasticator also. It is widely used in technical rubber goods based on synthetic or natural rubber.

It is widely used in technical rubber components.
Thiokol TP-759 is a mixed ether/ester type plasticizer that exhibits low volatility. Compounds made with Thiokol TP-759 plasticizer retain their properties after heat aging. Thiokol TP-759 plasticizer can be used successfully to develop optimum low temperature flexibility characteristics in fuel hose, automotive parts, wire jacketing and a wide variety of molded and extruded products.
Thiokol TP-90B is a highly compatible plasticizer designed to provide maximum low temperature flexibility to various types of elastomers including natural rubber, SBR, chloroprene, nitrile and epichlorohydrin. Thiokol TP-90B is used to develop optimum low temperature flexibility characteristic in fuel hose, wire jacketing, cellular rubber goods, friction compounds and wide variety of molded and extruded products. It is also useful for softening slightly scorched stocks with little effect on their ultimate properties.
