FINAWAX-S is a refined vegetable based Stearamide. FINAWAX-S is an anti-block agent for polyolefins. FINAWAX-S is also used in PVC, PS, Synthetic rubbers, Cellulose -acetate, Amino resins, Phenolics as lubricant. FINAWAX-S also finds application in flexographic, lithographic and carbon paper inks. FINAWAX-S is also used as a cell size regulator in PE Foam production.
Finawax-B is effective anti-block agent for Polyethylene/Polypropylene film. It improves quality. Finawax-B works synergistically with inorganic anti-blocks to improve clarity of PE/PP film.
FINAWAX-E is a refined vegetable oil based – Erucamide. FINAWAX-E is an excellent slip agent and a good anti-blocking agent for poly-olefins. When FINAWAX-E is mixed with a polymer, it reduces friction between the polymer and processing equipment and also between the polymer - polymer inter-faces. FINAWAX-E (Erucamide) is better high temperature performance than FINAWAX-O (Oleamide). This makes it particularly more useful for PP Film applications because FINAWAXE allows higher processing temperatures.
FINAWAX-O is a refined vegetable oil based Oleamide. FINAWAX-O is a slip agent for Polyolefins. FINAWAX-O is a high purity – fast blooming Oleamide, suggested as a slip additive in polyolefin applications. FINAWAX-O reduces CoF between the layers of the film and also between the film and other surfaces which are in contact with film. FINAWAX-O is used in printing Inks, rubber compounds, adhesives, coatings, closures and EVA co-polymers as a surface lubricant in production of Metal articles. FINAWAX-O also improves penetration, flexibility and slips and seal properties of wax and resin coated paper and paperboard products.
Germanium was discovered comparatively late because very few minerals contain it in high concentration. It ranks near fiftieth in relative abundance of the elements in the Earth's crust. It is available in the U.S. as a nonprescription dietary supplement in oral capsules or tablets, and has also been encountered as an injectable solution.
Hydrazine is an inorganic compound. It is mainly used as a foaming agent in preparing polymer foams, but significant applications also include its uses as a precursor to polymerization catalysts and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, hydrazine is used in various rocket fuels and to prepare the gas precursors used in air bags. It is used within both nuclear and conventional electrical power plant steam cycles to control concentrations of dissolved oxygen in an effort to reduce corrosion. The majority use of hydrazine is as a precursor to blowing agents. It is a useful building block in organic synthesis of pesticides. It is also used as a propellant on board space vehicles, and to both reduce the concentration of dissolved oxygen in and control pH of water used in large industrial boilers.
Kraton FG polymers are SEBS polymers with maleic anhydride (MA) grafted onto the rubber midblock. Kraton FG polymers are very efficient impact modifiers in nylon and polyesters for making super tough engineering thermoplastic materials.
Lithopone is a white pigment, a mixture of barium sulfate and zinc sulfide. It is widely used for the white paint such as polyolefin, vinyl resins, ABS resin, polystyrene, polycarbonate, nylon, POM, plastic, paint and ink. It is also used for the coloration of the rubber, cloth, leather, paper, colored enamel, etc.
