Hostavin NOW is a non-halogenated flame retardant especially designed for polyolefins fibers and films. It provides flame retardancy as well as light and thermal stability to polyolefin thin sections. Its chemical nature will allow an easy and uniform distribution without affecting organoleptic properties of the final article. Hostavin NOW is perfectly compatible in most of plastics, especially in polyolefins. Hostavin NOW is highly recommended for polypropylene fibers as it can be processed at elevated temperatures.
Jayflex DIDP plasticizer is one of the largest-volume general-purpose high-molecular-weight plasticizers for the wire and cable industry. It is the plasticizer of choice for flexible PVC products that require resistance to degradation due to high temperatures (such as wire and cable) or call for low fogging (automotive interior trim).Jayflex DIDP plasticizer is an excellent substitute for Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP) in most flexible PVC applications.Jayflex DIDP plasticizer can also be of benefit when used with other non-PVC polymers such as polyurethanes or polyacrylates used in coatings, sealants and mastic applications. Jayflex DIDP gives higher permanency for better resistance to aging, increasing product life,increased PVC compound electrical resistivity for better insulation properties.
Jayflex DINP plasticizer is the largest-volume and preferred general-purpose high-molecular-weight plasticizer for PVC, providing the opportunity for cost savings with a good balance of properties. Jayflex DINP is an excellent substitute for Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP) in most flexible PVC applications. Jayflex DINP gives better resistance to aging, increasing product life,easier plastisol coating, spraying and dipping, higher permanency and improved resistance for cold outdoor conditions, compatibility with secondary plasticizers for further cost savings.
Jayflex DIUP plasticizer is a high-molecular-weight plasticizer designed to provide good performance at high temperatures and good outdoor weathering capabilities. It is the preferred plasticizer for flexible PVC products that require a low contribution to fogging, an important benefit for automakers.Jayflex DIUP plasticizer is safe for use,not carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction category 1 or 2. It does not fulfill the criteria of a substance having endocrine-disrupting properties.Jayflex DIUP is higher molecular weight than DIDP and DINP, contributing to increased permanency,strong outdoor weathering capabilities,sustained flexibility in cold conditions.
Jayflex DTDP plasticizer is the highest-molecular-weight phthalate plasticizer, providing greater performance at high temperatures. Jayflex DTDP is the preferred plasticizer for automotive cable applications and THHN/NMB electrical wire insulation. Jayflex DTDP plasticizer is safe for use: not carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction category 1 or 2. Jayflex DTDP does not fulfill the criteria of a substance having endocrine-disrupting properties.
Kanatol-1212 is a clear, colourless and odourless liquid, free of foreign materials and is soluble in most organics solvent and is slightly soluble in water but soluble in alcohols, hexane etc. and is miscible and compatible with all monomeric plasticizers of PVC compounding. It is a primary plasticizer for soft PVC products and is recommended to be used in very high temperature wires and cable.
Kraton IR307 polymer is a solution polymerized polyisoprene with a high cis-1,4 content. Kraton IR307 Polymer is used as a replacement for natural rubber in a wide range of compounds, offering advantages of light color, uniformity and low levels of impurities. Its good flow characteristics produce improvements in mixing and molding behavior. It is sued for food and pharmaceutical packaging and seals, baby bottle teats and health care, adhesives, chemical derivatives of rubbers and very light colored or transparent articles. Kraton IR307 polymer is manufactured to the highest standards but special requirements apply to certain sensitive applications such as food contact and pharmaceuticals.
LITEX S 21 C is an aqueous colloidal dispersion of a copolymer of butadiene and styrene with carboxylic groups. It is stabilized by an anionic emulsifier and does not contain an antioxidant agent. It is a versatile latex grade for footwear applications and can be used as a binder for fabrics, paper and cardboard. LITEX S 21 C is used to bind wovens, non-wovens, paper and cardboard for footwear applications. LITEX S 21 C can either be applied liquid as delivered, foamed and/or diluted to the desired concentration with water. LITEX S 21 C does not contain any antioxidant.
LITEX S 42 R is an aqueous colloidal dispersion of a self-cross linking copolymer of butadiene and styrene. LITEX S 42 R contains a very low amount of an anionic emulsifier and is stabilized with an antioxidant. LITEX S 42 R is a special binder for cellulose fibres for footwear insoles. LITEX S 42 R is protected against bacterial attack during transport and storage.
