PCHEM PPD - 105 is a crystal modifier that is formulated to improve flow in systems transporting heavy fuel oils by lowering the pour point, thereby improving the cold flow characteristics. It can be applied to crude oils, residual oils, and cat cracker feeds.
PCHEM PPD - 300 is a low temperature flow improver and pour point depressant for middle distillate fuels and heating oils. It will not adversely affect combustion or water haze stabilization and does not contribute to corrosiveness. It contains no metals, halogens or sulphur compounds. It is intended function is modification of wax crystal formation at low temperatures to depress the cloud and pour point and improve the cold flow properties of a wide range of distillate fuels. It is designed to address problems such as shutdown or inability to start diesel engines or furnaces, lost productivity due to prolonged fuel loading or unloading times, downgrading of kerosene as a cutter stock and when optimizing fuel yields from crude oil leave limited options in component selection and refining.

Tetra-Ethyl Lead is an organolead compound. It was extensively used as an additive to gasoline. It is a non biodegradable substance that easily dissolves in petrol and reduces knocking in engine.Tetra-Ethyl Lead is used mainly as an additive in aviation fuel for piston engine-powered aircraft.
Heavy Polyamine X) is a complex mixture of linear, branched, and cyclic ethyleneamines, the structures of which can be deduced from the chemistry of manufacture and a knowledge of the structures present in TETA and TEPA. Heavy Polyamine X is used in oil and fuel additives, corrosion inhibitors, petroleum production chemicals, asphalt additives, epoxy curing agents, wood treating.
Dimethyl Disulfide is an organic chemical compound. Dimethyl Disulfides along with dimethyl sulfide and dimethyl trisulfide have been confirmed as volatile compounds given off by the fly-attracting plant known as dead-horse arum. It is produced from a chemical reaction between propylene oxide and methanol. It used widely in medical applications, agricultural pesticides and the manufacture of synthetic materials. It is an important additive to lubricating oil, solvents and gasoline as well. It is also used in the electronics chemistry, oil refineries as a sulfiding agent.
In industry, hexanes are used in the formulation of glues for shoes, leather products, and roofing. They are also used to extract cooking oils (such as canola oil or soy oil) from seeds, for cleansing and degreasing a variety of items, and in textile manufacturing. They are commonly used in food based soybean oil extraction in the United States, and are potentially present as contaminants in all soy food products in which the technique is used; the lack of regulation by the FDA of this contaminant is a matter of some controversy.[6][7]
A typical laboratory use of hexanes is to extract oil and grease contaminants from water and soil for analysis.[8] Since hexane cannot be easily deprotonated, it is used in the laboratory for reactions that involve very strong bases, such as the preparation of organolithiums. For example, butyllithiums are typically supplied as a hexane solution.
Hexanes are commonly used in chromatography as a non-polar solvent. Higher alkanes present as impurities in hexanes have similar retention times as the solvent, meaning that fractions containing hexane will also contain these impurities. In preparative chromatography, concentration of a large volume of hexanes can result in a sample that is appreciably contaminated by alkanes. This may result in a solid compound being obtained as an oil and the alkanes may interfere with analysis.
White Oils are suitable for use in process requiring clear white oils. They find usage in textile processing, paper, plastics. We manufacturer & exporter of variety of speciality oils & lubricants. We can offer White Oils that are manufactured under strict supervision to ensure the superior quality of the oils and also considering its usage in Cosmetic, Pharma applications. The products are avaialble in variety of grades like BP / USP & Technical Grades
Ethyl tert-butyl ether (ETBE) is commonly used as an oxygenate gasoline additive in the production of gasoline from crude oil. ETBE offers equal or greater air quality benefits as ethanol, while being technically and logistically less challenging. Unlike ethanol, ETBE does not induce evaporation of gasoline, which is one of the causes of smog, and does not absorb moisture from the atmosphere.
