RayTech 49 is a surfactant free, styrene-acrylic solution polymer with outstanding water resistance and water blush resistance.
RayTech 51 is a water based styrene-acrylic solution polymer with excellent water resistance and water blush resistance.
TCC-55-PLH is a fortified, extended liquid size used in the paper industry and is approved for use in food packaging and paperboard.
TCC-APF-AC is a parting agent designed to be used as a room temperature release coat for cured reinforced fiberglass laminates.
TX Polymer is a resin having lower moisture absorption/density than acrylic resins but with excellent moldability and thermal stability.
UNIDYME 22 a dimerized fatty acid designed for use in lower viscosity resins such as polyamide curing agents, polyesters, and alkyds. Also used in corrosion inhibition for oil field, refinery process, lubricant and fuel applications.
UROTUF L55 is a fully reacted, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersed in a blend of water, N methylpyrrolidone, and amines. Important properties include low-temperature flex and impact properties, excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, and good wet rub resistance.
Vydyne 21Z is a general-purpose PA66 resin. It is available in natural and designed for extrusion-compounding applications. This resin offers a well balanced combination of engineering properties characterized by high strength, rigidity, good toughness, high melt point, good surface lubricity and abrasion resistance. Vydyne 21Z maintains the chemical resistance typical of PA66 to many chemicals, machine and motor oils, solvents and gasoline.
Vydyne 63A is a medium-viscosity resin used for injection-molding and extrusion-compounding. It is desirable to include this neat resin in a formulation in which the melt strength of the final product is critical for the application. Vydyne 63A exhibits good initial color and it has a moisture level below 0.1%. This product offers high strength, rigidity and toughness over a broad range of demanding applications. Resistance of Vydyne 63A to heat, oil and wear is typical of PA66 neat resins. Vydyne 63A is a medium viscosity resin suitable for injection molding and extrusion applications. The high melt strength of Vydyne 63A makes it a candidate for cast gilm or other applications requiring a high melt strength. Typical extrusion applications include film for food packaging, monofilament, bristles, rods, tubing, as well as sheet for use in many automotive and industrial applications.
Vydyne 65A is a member of a family of unreinforced extrusion grade Nylon 66 resins from Ascend Performance Materials. It is available in natural color only. These resins offer high strength, rigidity and toughness over a broad range of demanding applications.Vydyne extrusion grade resins provide good resistance to a wide variety of chemicals, solvents and oils. Vydyne 65A is a intermediate viscosity resin suitable for injection molding and extrusion applications. Vydyne 65A can be fabricated into monofilament, bristle, tubing, rod, profile, and sheet for use in automotive and industrial applications.
