Trigonox 36-C75 is an efficient initiator for the ethylene polymerization under high pressure in both autoclave and tubular processes. To obtain a wide spectrum of polymerization temperatures, combinations with other peroxides are applied. It can also be applied as an initiator for the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride in the temperature range 50-70 degree centigrade.
UROTUF F48-M-50 is a one-package, ASTM Type I oil modified urethane, based on soybean oil, which cures by oxidation at ambient temperatures in the presence of metallic driers.
UROTUF F77-M-60 is a one-package, ASTM Type I oil-modified urethane based on linseed oil, which cures by oxidation at ambient temperatures in the presence of metallic driers.
UROTUF F78-M-50 and F78-X-50 are one-package, oil modified urethanes ASTM Type I, which cure by oxidation at ambient temperatures in the presence of metallic driers.
Vydyne 22HSP BK is a heat stabilized molding grade nylon 6,6 resin, also available in natural as Vydyne 22HSP NT. It is lubricated for improved machine feed and mold release and is intended for use in applications requiring fast molding cycles and outstanding mold release performance. The stabilization package has been formulated to provide improved retention of physical and electrical properties, compared to non-heat stabilized grades during long term exposure to high temperatures. The Vydyne 22HSP series offer a well balanced combination of engineering properties characterized by high strength, rigidity, good toughness in use, high melting point, good surface lubricity, and abrasion resistance. In addition, it is resistant to many chemicals and solvents, including gasoline, and machine and motor oils.The Vydyne 22HSP series resins can reduce or eliminate the need for mold release sprays. Critical molded part dimensions should be checked against specifications before implementing shorter molding cycles on a routine production basis.

Vydyne R530H NT is a general purpose polyamide, heat stabilized, hydrolysis resistant, 30% glass fiber-reinforced nylon resin. It is specifically designed to maximize the retention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freeze solutions at elevated temperatures. This product is also lubricated for improved machine feed and flow.Vydyne R530H NT is heat-stabilized to minimize oxidative degradation of the polymer when exposed to elevated temperatures in service. This product provides improved retention of physical properties under exposure to long-term heat. Also, Vydyne R530H NT has excellent knit line strength and fatigue resistance, which is essential for cycle testing with anti-freeze solutions.Vydyne R530H NT has been used for several under-the-hood automotive applications. The hydrolysis-resistant properties make it an excellent candidate for radiator end tank and heater core applications.
