NAUGARD XL1 is a unique antioxidant which incorporates a metal deactivation functionin the same product.
NURCHEM MBZ is used as non-staining secondary antioxidant and antiozonant for rubber and nylon tyre cord industry. It is useful for heat resistance when used in sulfurless vulcanization.
NURCHEM MMB is an important variety of pollution-free antioxidant, used as the natural gum, butylbenzene rubber, cis-butadiene rubber, butyronitrile rubber and its rubber latex.
o-Xylene is largely used in the production of phthalic anhydride, and is generally extracted by distillation from a mixed xylene stream in a plant primarily designed for p-xylene production.Xylene is often used as a solvent and in the printing, rubber, and leather industries. It is used as a cleaning agent for steel and for silicon wafers and chips It is found in small amounts in gasoline and airplane fuel.
PILCURE CBS is a delayed action accelerator for sulfur vulcanization. It exhibit faster cure rates at vulcanization temperature but are not activated at processing temperatures. The choice depends on the scorch safety and the properties of the vulcanizates desired.
Polysulfide formulations offer corrosion protection, superior electrical insulation and good flowability. These elastomeric compounds are 100% reactive and are designed to cure at ambient temperatures or at slightly elevated temperatures.polysulfides are versatile synthetic elastomers that are used in the electronic, electrical, computer, metalworking, appliance, automotive and chemical industries. They can be used in a wide range of applications.
Resil BL1033 is a silicone macro emulsion that is engineered to perform as a good economical release agent for industrial moulded rubber goods. The unique design of this product enables it to spread uniformly across the surface effectively releasing the two layers. It will also imparts a good shine on the moulded rubber articles.
Santoweb DX a treated cellulose fiber product, provides reinforcement for uncured and cured rubber compounds, increases product stiffness and reduces cut growth rate in NR, SBR, BR, and CR compounds. Santoweb DX increases elongation and compression stress levels of rubber compounds. It increases compound green strength, reduces die swell and cold flow. Santoweb DX discolors because it is black, but does not cause compound staining. Santoweb DX can be used for tire tread compounds for highway truck and OTR applications, tire bead wrap, power transmission belts, uncured roof sheeting, and static rubber articles requiring cut growth resistance. Santoweb DX is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under BgVV XXI, Category 4. Santoweb DX is not regulated for use in FDA food contact applications. Store Santoweb DX in single stacked pallets in a cool, dry, well ventilated area, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. Santoweb DX fibers tend to absorb moisture that can be removed by exposure to moderate heat. Temperature during heat treatment should not exceed 110 °C.
Saret SR500 coagent is a trifunctional, low color, low staining, scorch retarding aid which contains nitroso inhibitor packages. When incorporated into peroxide cure natural and synthetic rubber systems, the product improves mechanical and performance properties.
Saret 515 coagent is a trifunctional, low color, low staining, scorch retarding coagent that contains nitroso inhibitor packages. When incorporated into peroxide cure natural and synthetic rubber systems, the product improves mechanical and performance properties.
