Zinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole is used in the form of a soluble concentrate or liquid and wettable powder to control mold, mildew, bacteria and fungi which degrade aqueous industrial products, fabrics, and yarns, and slime-forming bacteria and fungi in industrial water systems. It was first registered as a pesticide in the United States in 1955 in an industrial preservative product .It is used for NR,IR,SBR,NBR,EPDM and latex, may be regarded as an intermediate between accelerator M and accelerator DM, used as a secondary accelerator in combination with accelerator PZ and accelerator EZ.
Zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate is a fast curing primary or secondary effective ultra-accelerator for natural and synthetic latex form compounds. Can be used advantageously for dipped, spread, and cast goods. Similar in property that of URCC PZ. Has less resistance to scorching than URCC PZ and shows a slight tendency to premature vulcanization.

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene is the base polymer for CSM synthetic rubbers. Chlorosulfonated polyethylene compounds provide excellent ozone, oxidation, sunlight, and weather resistance. They are also capable of providing excellent resistance to alkalis and acids.
Di-Tert-Butoxydiacetoxysilane is mainly used as cross-linking agent for fast-cure room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
N-(Cyclohexylthio)phthalimide is a high effective pre-vulcanization inhibitor. It is applied in NR,SBR,BR,IIR,CR,EPM,EPDM,NBR with cure system consisting of sulfur and Thiazole but mainly Sulphenamide Accelerator. It is used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It may protect effectively the rubber material from scorching during Processing, so that to make it possible for extruder and calender to be running at a high temperature and high speed and improve the production the storage stabilizztion of the rubber material, protect natural vulcanization during storage.

Zinc Dimethyl Dithiocarbamate is a dithiocarbamate. Flammable gases are generated by the combination of thiocarbamates and dithiocarbamates with aldehydes, nitrides, and hydrides. Thiocarbamates and dithiocarbamates are incompatible with acids, peroxides, and acid halides. Zinc bis dimethyldithiocarbamate is corrosive to iron and copper. Zinc bis dimethyldithiocarbamate is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents and acids. Zinc bis dimethyldithiocarbamate is also incompatible with mercury. Thio and dithiocarbamates slowly decompose in aqueous solution to form carbon disulfide and methylamine or other amines. Such decompositions are accelerated by acids. Insoluble in water.
BHA is as an antioxidant and preservative in food, food packaging, animal feed, and cosmetics, and in rubber and petroleum products. BHA also is commonly used in medicines, such as isotretinoin (known as Accutane/Roaccutane), lovastatin, and simvastatin, among others.HANGZHOU GULF
It is a moderately fast curing primary accelerator used in both dry rubber (natural and synthetic rubbers) and latex applications. Low temperature curing can be achieved in combination use with secondary accelerators, such as N,N'-diphenylguanidine, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, tetraethylthiuram disulfide. Vulcanizates obtained with MBT tend to have a relatively low modulus, but keep good aging properties. It is also used in latex foam curing systems. It is not recommended to be applied in rubber products connected with beverage and food due to bitter taste.
