DOSCALE-65 is highly beneficial as calcium sulphate inhibitor. DOSCALE-65 do not contain phosphates and other chelants. Furthermore, DOSCALE-65 product have high dispersion of calcium carbonate in presence of alkalinity (upto 750) and higher pH upto (10).DOSCALE-65 is compatible to all RO membranes, effective at ph 5-9.
DTEA II™ is a versatile, multifunctional product that is a powerful dispersant, penetrating aid, and cleaner for organic deposit control in industrial water systems. It is an essential part of a Biofilm Control Program in conjunction with a biocide. It is an effective non-phosphonate corrosion inhibitor for copper, admiralty brass, and mild steel metallurgies. Supplements or replaces traditional triazole corrosion inhibitors. It minimizes the use of biocides by reducing the accumulation of organic deposits on critical heat transfer surfaces and throughout the system.
Defoamer C is an effective water treatment antifoam which is suitable for cooling water, effluent and boiler water treatment. The de-foaming emulsion has proved quite effective at reducing the risk of carryover for boiler houses where carryover and priming have been a long standing issue.
Euchlorine is a rare sublimate around volcanic fumaroles. It can be used as algae disinfector in circulating cool water system and swimming pool. Euchlorine has strong fungicide effect.
Flocon 135 is a general antiscalant for reverse osmosis systems, highly effective in controlling the deposition of inorganic scale forming salts on membrane surfaces. Flocon 135 is an aqueous solution of a phophinocarboxylic acid. It is compatible in use with all major reverse osmosis membranes.
Genesol 30 is a fast acting microbicide for use in cleaning Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration membrane systems. It can be used both on and off line to eliminate microbiological fouling. It is effective against most micro-organisms, compatible with all membrane types,easily deactivated to harmless by-products. Genesol 30 is corrosive to carbon steel and certain other metals and alloys. Dosing pumps, tanks and pipe-work should be constructed using acid resistant materials.
Genesys LF is a general purpose liquid antiscalant & antifoulant for use in Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration systems. This concentrated phosphonate product is effective against a wide range of inorganic scaling species and also sequesters trivalent metal cations such as iron, manganese and aluminium thus reducing the frequency of membrane replacement and cleaning. Genesys LF has proven to be effective at a Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) of +2.6 which means that systems can be designed and operated at their optimum recovery rates. Genesys LF should be dosed continuously to the feed water upstream of the cartridge filters. Typical dosage rates are 2 – 4 mg/L.Genesys LF may also be used in sea water applications where iron is present, recycle of brine is in use or there is no feed water pH reduction by acid dosing. Genesys LF is an aqueous solution of neutralised phosphonic acid. It has been approved for use in potable water applications and does not contribute to assimilable organic carbon (AOC), which can act as source of nutrient for micro-organisms. Genesys LF is compatible with carbon steel and other commonly used materials of construction.
Genesys MG has been developed as an antiscalant for use in Reverse Osmosis and Nano-Filtration systems with waters having high magnesium content. Genesys MG is also effective against calcium carbonate. Genesys MG is particularly effective in second pass recovery systems working at 80-90% recovery with an adjusted feed pH of 10.0-10.5. Genesys MG should be dosed continuously to the feed water upstream of the high pressure pumping system, or cartridge filters, if used. Genesys MG is a non-hazardous, synergistic blend of phosphonates and carboxylic acids that are compatible with carbon steel and commonly used materials of construction.
Genesys SI has been developed as an antifoulant for use in Reverse Osmosis and Nano-filtration systems operating on high silica feed waters. Genesys SI is also effective against all common scale forming salts such as calcium carbonate, calcium, and barium and strontium sulphate. Genesys SI should be dosed continuously to the feed water upstream of the cartridge filters. Genesys SI is a non-hazardous, synergistic blend of inhibitors based on neutralized carboxylic and phosphonic acids. Genesys SI is not aggressive to carbon steel and other commonly used materials of construction.
