Cooling System

Cooling System based on natural cooling principle is a revolutionary system essentially used to cool large quantities of hot water with an approach of 1 deg. C to wet bulb temperature, making conventional cooling towers / spray system obsolete. It finds application in all types of process plants & power industries where cooling water plays an important role in the process. It induces water to intensive atomization where water particles are sub-divided to around 5 microns. The atomized particles shoot out of CREATORS at an immense speed and rise to a height of 5-6 meters. This ensures extensively large surface area for a longer interval and at high velocity providing mist formation. Surface evaporation is very fast, faster than the time needed for reaching equilibrium.

Cooling Tower has certified capacity 2,515 GPM from 95 degrees F to 85 degrees F @ 78 degrees wet bulb. It is equipped with one-piece multi groove, neoprene/polyester powerband belt drive system with aluminum fan sheave. It has electric immersion heater packages with (2) 12KW 480/3/60 elements, thermostat, contractor, and low water cut out protection. It is provided with air intake screens. Fan motor is 60HP, TEAO, 460-3-60 (2 speed/2 winding). Overall dimensions is 18'-10 3/8" tall X 21'-6 1/2" long X 12' wide.

Cross Flow Cooling Towers

Cross Flow Cooling Towers design incorporates a FRP distribution basin with number of flower type target nozzles in it and is located at the tower top. The water, by gravity, is dispersed over the fill media uniformly and water is allowed to pass vertically down along the honey comb fills. The fan coupled directly to the motor is placed horizontally to draw air across the fill media. A small portion of water is evaporated which removes the heat from the remaining water. In warm moist air is drawn to the horizontally placed fan / motor and is discharged through the fan deck, to the atmosphere. The resultant cold water is collected at the cooling tower collection sump from where it is re-circulated to the application. Its application includes in chemical industries, distilleries and breweries plants, industries heat process etc.
