Cone Mixer Cum Dryer

The working principle of the cone mixer is three dimensional originated from rotating elements in combination with a conical vessel. The mixing screw conveys the product from bottom of the vessel to the products surface. The speed of particles in the downward mass flow when recirculated by gravity in a conical vessel increases as the vessel diameter decreases. The result of these simultaneous actions is a fast and intensive mixing with low consumption of power together with high standards of mixing accuracy.

Conical Blender Dryer

Conical Blender Dryer are designed for drying and blending, in one operation, aggressive or metal-sensitive substances, also suitable for impregnating and concentrating, for pharmaceutical products, synthetic resins and other plastics, dye-stuff and pigments, metal soaps and catalyzers. As the unit revolves, the top layers of the product roll down, constantly exposing new surface areas for faster drying. The gentle tumbling action intensifies the drying process while handling the product carefully, assuring an intimate mixture. The double cone shape balances the forces caused by the rotating product, prevent a substantial transfer of the gravity centre, protecting the aggregate from periodic impact stresses. Operation under vacuum increase the drying speed respectively enables lower temperatures, which furthermore preserve the product.

Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer

Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer is designed for rapid and uniform drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar materials in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, food & allied industries. Fresh air passes through a filter and is heated in a heating chamber creating fluidization in product container using diffuser plates and sieve. It contains explosion flap and pressure relief valve for the safety, in case of excess pressure generation. The salient features are it provides rapid heat exchange by granules, it has differential pressure gauges for measuring differential pressure across inlet filters & filter bags, it has pneumatically operated exhaust air control damper (for control of fluidization) and further has inspection window on product container and processing chamber.

Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer With Built-In Heat Exch

Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer With Built-In Heat Exchanger provides heat from two sources to the product -one by hot air and the other by immersed heat exchanger tubes inside the bed. This improves the heat transfer co-efficient and decreases the air quantity required for drying by 50% to 70%. The equipment also becomes extremely compact. Thermally it is the most efficient Fluid Bed Dryer. The construction is similar to that of continuous type Fluid Bed Dryer but the drying chamber has a special construction in respect of mounting heat exchanger tubes in the fluidisation area.
