Polyblock Heat Exchanger

Polyblock Heat Exchanger is used as condensers, coolers, heaters, reboilers, evaporators (forced circulation, thermosiphon, falling film, etc) in industries like agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, metal processing etc. The blocks are made of phenolic impregnated or PTFE impregnated graphite. The blocks can be cylindrical or cubical. Its heat transfer area is from 0.1 m2 to 600 m2. QVF Borosilicate Glass Coil Heat Exchangers are mainly used as condensers, coolers, or boilers. They can, however, be used for heat transfer between liquids and gases in general. The coil heat exchanger design is based entirely on glass. The coil is fused to the shell. Units are supplied in various designs. Turbulent flow is ensured even in the larger nominal bores since the coil layers are offset and fill the flow cross-section to a great extent. This creates the following advantages such as it provides no possible leak between the shell and the coil, making the design ideal for GMP applications, it has outstanding corrosion resistance, it has no possible metal contamination, yielding the highest product purity and further it is suitable for direct installation into columns. The heat exchange area is from 0.2 to 15.0 m².

SG Flue Gas Heat Exchanger is used in all processes with the presence of large amounts of dust in the discharge air such as in food, chemical, wood and paper. The specially designed Flue Gas Heat Exchanger with integrated CIP system, which is well suited for dust loaded air, is to be installed in the actual discharge channel. Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger

Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger are suitable for heat transfer fluids, lubricating oil, power pack oil and other process coolants. It is commonly used in oil refineries and other large chemical processes. In this model, two separated fluids at different temperatures flow through the heat exchanger, one through the tubes (tube side) and the other through the shell around the tubes (shell side). Several design parameters and operating conditions influence the optimal performance of a shell& tube heat exchanger.
