V Blender

V Blender has been designed for use in a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing unit, in compliance with the latest GMP rules.The machine can be broadly divided in three parts viz.; main mixing vessel, stand or support structure and drive. The vessel is mounted on the stand on two pillow block ball bearings on each side. Drive, consisting of motor, gearbox etc. is also mounted on the stand. Powders or granules that are to be mixed are loaded in the vessel. Vessel rotates around its central shaft, driven by the drive system. As the vessel rotates, powders start flowing due to gravitational force. Due to the "V" shape of container, the materials get sufficient continuous movement and hence requirement of RPM is medium that results in good quality blending / lubrication of granules without size reduction.
