The new Bruker Hyperspectral Imaging System HI 90 is an imaging remote sensing system based on the combination of a Michelson interferometer and a focal plane array detector. Each pixel of the array records an interferogram from the corresponding field of view. A spectrum is obtained by fourier transformation and contains the infrared signature of the scene. The system allows identification, quantification and visualization of potentially hazardous gases from long distances. The Hyperspectral Imaging System HI 90 has been developed for a wide range of applications. The method of infrared remote sensing allows the detection, identification, and quantification of an extremely wide range of relevant organic molecules in the atmosphere. Thus, applications of the HI 90 range from basic research such as atmospheric research, environmental research, and volcanology to industrial applications as well as safety and security applications. A major field of applications of the HI 90 is homeland security. If hazardous compounds are released into the atmosphere, for example in the case of a terrorist attack or a chemical accident, emergency response forces require information about the released compounds immediately in order to take appropriate measures to protect workers, residents, and the environment. HI 90 allows identification and visualization of such hazardous clouds in the atmosphere from long distances of several kilometers (stand-off detection). The image of a cloud ...

TANGO CREATES VALUES Fast measurements for high sample throughput, simultaneous evaluation of different components and an intuitive handling, without need for expertise training: TANGO simplifies the NIR analysis and therefore offers maximum security of the results. Specifically targeted for the given application and the demands required of an efficient analyzer. For liquids or for solids, with integrated PC and monitor or as separate analysis station, e.g. for connecting a laptop. Integrated into a network or as a stand alone solution.
Choosing the best possible sampling method is crucial when solving a specific analysis task. With the MPA™ , you have a complete solution at hand for your method development. The modular and compact instrument can easily be adapted to your needs. If at a later stage new applications arise, simply have the required sampling tool added; all combinations are possible at any time. The robustness of the instrument allows it to be used in the laboratory and factory floor. The MPA™ can be connected to your laptop via Plug & Play Ethernet and can even be placed on a utility cart to improve its mobility. The MPA offers everything you need for the analysis of liquids, solids, powders and tablets. Powerful accessories like the automated 30-position sample wheel, which can be used for vials and tablets of all shapes and sizes, the sample rotator for the integrating sphere or up to two different fiber probes help you to achieve high sample throughput with excellent precision. Transmission geometry for near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy is ideal for pharmaceutical tablets as it samples a volume whereas reflectance NIR samples the surface of solids. MPA's transmission head can be combined with autosampling unit and optional tablet holders. Selection of the different measurement accessories of the MPA™ is completely software controlled, without the need for any manual adaptation.
The award winning MATRIX™-F is a new generation of Fourier Transform Near Infrared (FT-NIR) spectrometer. It is the first industry hardened FT-NIR system that can directly withstand harsh environments. This instrument incorporates state-of-the-art optics for outstanding sensitivity and stability, in a compact package. Its innovative design provides consistent high quality results, less downtime, direct methods transfer and the possibility of new applications that less sensitive and precise instruments are incapable of. In addition, the same instrument can go directly from the lab to the factory, eliminating the need for a new instrument when your method is ready for integration into your process control system. Full support of industry standard communication protocols make integration simple.
The MATRIX™-I is a rugged FT-NIR spectrometer designed for QA/QC analysis. The instrument comes equipped with an integrating sphere in the sampling area. This permits fast and easy analysis using the diffuse reflectance technique. Samples can be measured directly in their containers or poured into standard cups. This method is ideal for measuring large amounts of materials and is particularly useful for analyzing inhomogeneous samples or large particle size items such as grains or seeds.
Compactness The new ALPHA will save you the much needed bench space in your laboratory. ALPHA‘s footprint only takes up a 22 cm by 30 cm space (about 8“ by 11“). ALPHA is light as well, only weighing about 7 kg (about 13 lbs). No sacrifice in performance The ALPHA interferometer is based on Bruker Optics’ patented RockSolid™ design, which is used in our laboratory and rugged process spectrometers. This means the ALPHA delivers the performance and reproducible results people have come to expect from a Bruker FT-IR spectrometer. The ALPHA is also insensitive to vibration, so it can be placed almost anywhere, can be moved, and be immediately operational without any need for alignment. ALPHA delivers excellent sensitivity as well as x-axis reproducibility and stability. Practicality for routine analysis The ALPHA makes FT-IR analysis simpler than it has ever been before. With it‘s plug-and-play operation, easy to set-up and ease of use, ALPHA brings practicality to FT-IR spectroscopy. ALPHA offers all the capabilities you expect to achieve for a routine analysis. The intuitive OPUS/Mentor software interface guides you every step of the way. The software is easy to learn. You will use your time for the FT-IR analysis – not for learning the software. Flexible Sampling The ALPHA offers full FT-IR sampling flexibility. User exchangeable QuickSnap™ sampling modules allow the analysis of almost any kind of sample (e.g. solids, liquids or gases)
Universal Process Analyzer is the state of the art multiparameter analyzer platform enabling to monitor precisely critical process parameters. The unique on-line analyzer has been designed to run chemical analysis on most liquid process samples. The flexibility and versatility of the platform allows, in function of the application and the measuring range, for the most suitable methodology: colorimetric, ionometric or titrimetric analysis, or even a combination of two methodologies.

EZ-CAUSTIC On-line Analyzer System is used in the on-line monitoring of caustic scrubbers in the ethylene production. In the petrochemical industry ethylene is produced by steam cracking. Impurities in the cracking gas, such as Carbon dioxide (CO2) and Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), are washed out from the gas phase in the caustic scrubber. Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) and sulfide (Na2S) result from the reaction with excess NaoH. The effectiveness of the scrubber liquor in removing impurities depends upon the concentration of the scrubbing chemical, which is continuously depleted during scrubber operation. Operation can only be efficient when the concentration of the scrubbing chemical is maintained. Therefore the outlet of the caustic scrubber is controlled at ± 3% NaOH overshoot, usually analyzed by off-line laboratory measurements. The system consists of appropriate wet-chemical technology for lowering effectively the scrubber set point.
Total Nitrogen Analyzer is provided with new vertical furnace system for in liquid, gas/LPG analysis. The Nitrogen analyzer has provided improved ppb analysis as to conformed to recent customer requirement. The analyzer has modular system configuration, and various option of sample injector for liquid/gas/LPG available and also other detector can be used as UVFL Sulfur and Coulometric titration of Chlorine. This system offer fast and improved performance for optimum plant operation and for catalyst control.
