Programmable Gas Analyzer 542 is a versatile, programmable gas analyzer based on the principles of thermal conductivity. Capable of measuring almost any combinations of gases such as hydrogen, helium, oxygen, carbon dioxide, methane, carbon monoxide, argon, nitrogen and many others. This gas analyzer instrument is especially suitable for measurements of mixtures containing hydrogen or helium. With the use of sensitive floating circuits, the thermal conductivity analyzer can detect gases down to parts per million levels and up to full concentration.

Intrinsically Safe Oxygen Analyzer EC91 is an online transmitter for ppm and percent oxygen measurements of gas streams in hazardous area installations. It can detect oxygen levels from as low as 1 ppm up to higher percent levels and can be used in most industrial gases and atmospheres. There is no need for routine maintenance of the fuel cell and the instrument can be easily calibrated, using ambient air or standard calibration samples. The enclosure is manufactured from moulded glass fibre reinforced polyester, a material with high impact resistance making it suitable for harsh environments.
Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Headspace Gas Analyzer is ideal for the food and pharmaceuticals industry. Features include automatic calibration, diagnostics and control providing repeatable, accurate results and exceptional performance, which is essential for HACCP compliance. Its large buttons and clear display ensures testing is simple, errors are eliminated and no special operator training is required, maximizing production efficiency. The system is designed to analyze very low volumes of headspace, less than 1cc, using Timed Tests, AutoSense, Peak/Valley, Syringe Direct Injection or Continuous Testing.
Process Oxygen Analyzer EC900 is an electrochemical oxygen analyzer designed to accurately measure oxygen levels within most industrial gases and atmospheres. Utilising a variety of specially engineered electrochemical fuel cells, the EC900 Oxygen Analyzers are highly advanced instruments incorporating user-friendly software and the highest quality sensors to provide accurate, reliable results under the most demanding on-line operating environmental conditions. Sensors are used in applications from ppb up to 100% oxygen and can be used on gas streams such as hydrogen, combustibles, hydrocarbons and inert gases.
Oxygen Analyzer ZR800 are capable of measuring from 0.1ppm up to 100% oxygen in most industrial gas streams. With a response time and accuracy unparalleled in the industry, the ZR800 has found wide acceptance in the electronics, semiconductor, food processing and gas manufacturing industries. The ZR800 is specifically designed to provide ultra fast oxygen analysis and performance. ZR800 oxygen analyzers utilise precision Zirconia Oxide sensors for accurate detection of oxygen.
Hydrogen Analyzer utilizing a unique, patented electrochemical sensor outputs a continuous signal corresponding directly to the hydrogen concentration. Used in conjunction with real-time controls, alarms, and shut-off mechanisms, the device responds immediately to changing hydrogen levels for improved operations and safety. Unlike thermal conductivity-based hydrogen analyzers, the device measures hydrogen directly and specifically. Built around a polymer membrane with proton-conducting properties, its sensor detects hydrogen concentrations ranging from 400 ppm to 100% by volume in discrete ranges with ±1% accuracy or better.

Gas Analyzer features large, easy-to-read fluorescent display that is visible from wide angles. The device measures and displays O2 and CO in the flue gas, pressure (draft), primary air temperature, and stack temperature. It calculates and displays combustion efficiency, excess air, and CO2. Further it optionally measures and displays NO, NO2, SO2, HC (methane equivalent combustibles), and CO in the high range of 4,000 to 80,000 ppm. The device is capable of storage of over 1000 individual combustion and/or pressure test records, which can later be recalled for viewing or printing.
Dispersion Analyzer is a totally computerized controlled instrument. It helps in identifying the perfect mix of material and doze to suit the final product and its parameter. It combines three important parameters such as demixing, stability, separation along with particle size measurement. The stability, shelf life of suspension, formulation , new formulation can be determined by this instrument. Ideal for pharmaceutical biotechnology, food, ink, paints, dyes etc and the device measures up to 12 samples at a time.
Chromatographic Analyzer is used in the analysis of gas dissolved in oils. The analyzer is used for the analysis of hydrogen (H2), carbon oxygen (CO), methane (CH4), ethane (C2H4), acetylene (C2H2) etc dissolved in insulating oil of oil-filled electrical equipment. The equipment include transformers, reactors, current transformers, voltage transformers, charged casing pipes and gas relays etc.
Carbon Analyzer is a complete analytical system capable of measuring total carbon in a wide variety of sample types and matrices. Combining a high-temperature combustion furnace with a highly sensitive CO2 detector, the analyzer is capable of analyzing samples containing total carbon concentrations from ppm levels to 100% without user calibration.
