V Blender can be used for dry blending or with added features for incorporating liquid ingredients into powders and even for effecting drying. It finds extensive application in varied industries like pharmaceutical, chemical, agro chemical, ceramic, cosmetic etc. It is an out growth of a simple cylinder which is split and rejoined to form a "V". As a result the product being processed undergoes divergent and convergent flow there by giving precision blending in short time. The top ends of the container are provided with closures on which are provided quick opening covers. The container along with all the appurtenances is supported by means of trunion shaft which is supported by two bearings. The product after processing can be discharged through a discharge nozzle which will be fitted with a butterfly valve or a slide valve.

Approximate two third of the volume of the Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. Suitable mainly for powder & granules type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement. Due to the "V" shape of container, have only medium movement and will results in good quality of blending / lubrication of granules. All contact parts are made out of SS304 / SS316 or SS316 L quality material, as per customer requirement.

Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts made out of stainless steel of required grade. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge and further its all moving parts are covered with SS 304 covers.

Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Octagonal Blender gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. In Octagonal Blender the granules comes from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is less. Suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular type material. The model available are 300, 500, 600, 700 litres & bigger size.

Ribbon Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the container of Ribbon Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Ribbon Blender gives best result for mixing of dry powder & granules due to the design and shape of the mixing ribbon and product container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. In Ribbon Blender the powder moves from center to the end of container and end of container to the center of container. Hence requirement of total mixing time is very less and the RPM required are also very less.

Fine Grinding gives controlled particle sizes down to -200 mesh and is used primarily for friable materials.It is available in 304 stainless steel, sanitary, abrasive resistant and standard carbon steel design.
