Air Fluid Coolers are a completely sealed, closed-loop cooler designed to save money on energy costs. As the main cooling section in any closed loop system, the air fluid cooler ensures continuous cooling at the lowest utility cost. Industrial equipment that requires liquid cooling such as air compressors, hydraulic presses, welding machines and furnaces are easily cooled and at the same time kept clean of costly sludge buildup and other typical open system contaminants.

Spray coolers are widely used in chemical industry and is applied for producing melts - of oils and fats, glycerines, etc. - in powder form and for encapsulation. The spray coolers are applied in the production of products like Hydrates, Inorganic/organic melts, Quaternary ammonium compounds, Stearic acid / stearates, Waxes etc.

Sulphuric Acid Dilution Cooler comprises of a mixing head followed by a multi-pass cubic block type heat exchanger. Metered quantities of Concentrated Sulphuric Acid and water enter the mixing head and get thoroughly mixed. The diluted acid passes through the multiply-pass heat exchanger where it is continuously cooled. This prevents the rise in temperature of the product acid. The dilute acid leaves the outlet at desired concentration and temperature.

Air Fin Coolers or Air cooled Heat Exchangers are Heat Exchangers to exchange the Heat between Air/Gas on one side & Air/Gas/liquid on other side. Air/Gas have very low heat transfer co-efficient. Low Heat Transfer Co-efficient results in requirement of Large Surface Area for a conventional Shell & Tube Type of Heat Exchangers for a fixed Heat Transfer Rate. This results in a huge size of Heat Exchanger. To overcome the Huge Size requirement, area available on Air/Gas side is enhanced with help of External Fins. The basic idea is to provide a very large heat transfer area in a relatively small area. Various Types of Fins are used depending on the Air/Gas to be cooled, Fouling Nature of the Air/Gas, Area Availability etc.

Inter-Coolers & After-Cooler can be used for cooling of air/gas which gets heated up during the different stages of compression of air/gas. For that thermal, mechanical design should be made first and then manufacture the entire ranges of Inter-Coolers & After-Coolers suitable for different capacities Compressors. Generally the Inter Coolers & After Cooles are manufactured out of the Carbon Steel and Copper/Stainless Steel/Admiralty/Cupro-Nickel (90:10)/Cupro-Nickel(70:30) Tubes depending upon the type of cooling water available.
Vertical Air Receivers are known to maintain the air pressure to create a comfortable atmosphere. Owing to their easy maintenance, elegant designs and high efficiency, these air receivers are applicable in all types of Industries including Chemical Industries. The Vertical air receivers are ideally applicable for condensing the moisture as well as Storage of Air and Gas. The important specifications are it has a capacity up to 50 m3 (50,000 ltrs) and the working pressure up to 70 kg/cm2. Further the range is known for its features such as high performance, durability and dimensional accuracy.
