Self pressurized liquid nitrogen tank produces pressure by evaporation of little liquid nitrogen  so that liquid nitrogen will exhaust itself and  complement other containers. It finds its  application in the transportation and storage of  liquid medium and cold source of other  refrigeration equipments. It is now widely used  in  food, cryogenic chemical industry, military  and other industries and areas. Inner and outer cylinders of the main body are made up of 304 austenite cryogenic special stainless steel of fine quality; absorbers are regenerated and activated; multi-layer insulation materials are oil-and-lipid-free thin imported composite.

Sampling bottle is made of stainless steel  of fine quality and has a needle-shaped stainless steel bottle valve. It is corrosion-resistant, pressure-resistant, and leakage-free. It finds its wide application in sampling and  preservation of gas or liquid samples in  petrochemical industry, electronic semi-conductor, scientific research, environmental  protection, etc. Before sampling, the sampling  bottle must be dry and full.

Steam Water Bath Vaporizers (SWB) are designed for the vaporization of cryogens such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon and LNG. This vaporizer consists of horizontal steel tank, tube bundle type of heat exchanger, steam manifold and controls. The SWB is particularly suited for high cryogen flow rates where consistent temperature is required in the process flow. This type of Vaporizers occupies very less space. Steam is sparged into water retained horizontal tank, heating it to the required temperature; cryogen is vaporized through the tubes by direct contact with hot water. Steam Bath vaporizers are used in petrochemical and cryogenic plants to vaporize liquefied gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Natural Gas in a load range from approx 1000 Nm³/h up to 100,000 Nm³/h.

Cryo Cylinders have different working pressures, liquid and gas withdrawal, vertical or horizontal positioning, palatalized handling solutions, etc. The main areas of use are in Industrial, Scientific, Food, Cryobiology, Animal breeding and in Pest control. All sectors are involving in low temperatures transports and storage. The capacity of the Cryo Cylinders are from 60 Ltrs to 800 Ltrs.

Electric (Trim) Heater equipment safeguard liquid carry over in the downstream of vaporizer. The device is mainly used for Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon and CO2. The important features are it consists of 22, 45 and 67 kw, it has digital temperature control, it has automatic solenoid shut-off to control minimum temperature outlet, it has removable, cartridge heater rods. Further it is provided with over-temperature safety switch.
