Flash Dryer are used for drying of wet cakes and powders such as Inorganic Salts, Boric Acid, Starch, Dye Intermediates, Vinyl Sulphone, Pigments, Calcium Carbonate, Silica etc. The wet cake is pulverised and fed to a stream of hot air traveling at high velocity. Drying takes place immediately due to the very large surface exposed. The velocity of the hot air is used to convey the material through a drying duct where remaining moisture is removed and the dried material is transfered to a cyclone seprator. A product classifier ensures only powder leaves the drying chamber.

Fluid Bed Dryer has adopted new concept of GMP Regulation with improved performance with minimum involvement of manual labour simplified maintainance and utilise modular construction techniques to provide flexible installation options. The process unit is two piece made of SS-304/316 stainless steel. Specially designed base is provided for air vortex effect and to give added strength. Through mixing of dry powders, agglomeration and drying are carried out in one unit of the fluid bed dryer.

Tray Dryer is widely used in drying of chemical, pigments, food, plastic powders etc. The material to be dried either wet or solids are placed in the tray. Heat transfer is done by circulation of hot air by electric heaters in radiator coils. Blower fans are installed inside to ensure proper circulation and transfer of heat. A control panel to control the temperature and other parameters is fixed outside the dryer. There is also arrangement of digital temperature controller.

Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer is designed to uniform drying of the material at low temperature and is ideal for a wide range of both heat sensitive and non-heat sensitive prodcts for low moist powder. These driers have a bed of solid particles, which are fluidized by passing a stream of air or gas upward through a specially designed perforated sheet.
