NOZZLE TOWER™ spray dryer is uniquely designed to produce a chemical powder that is free flowing, dustless and consists of hard, big, single particles. As the name of this spray dryer indicates, the atomization is done by nozzles typically mounted in the air disperser at the top of the spray drying chamber.

The conventional spray dryer is referred to as a one-stage spray dryer as the powder has its final moisture content when discharged from the plant. It is available with a rotary atomizer in a co-current air flow as well as with high pressure nozzles in both co-current and counter-current air flow. It can also be delivered with one point product discharge with the exhaust air from the cyclones or bag filter collector or two point product discharge from the drying chamber base and cyclone or via apneumatic conveying/cooling system.

Fluid Bed Dryer involves fast drying, cooling and agglomeration of particulate materials.
