Shell And Tube Heat Exchangers are known for their Rugged, Durability, Fine finish, Accurate dimensions, Low maintenance, Sturdy features and are widely used in the chemical industry.
SR. No.: 51/1, Gharkul Housing Society, Wadgaon Sheri,, Pune, INDIA
INDIA
Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger solution is suited to a wide range of operating conditions. Heat exchanger tubes are from 100 mm to 3 metres in diameter, under vacuum or pressure up to 400 bar, made of steel or other materials. Electric heaters are provided for liquid, for gas and with or without regulation. Shell and boxes of the tubular heat exchanger are made ??through a digital pipe-cutting machine which cut and bevel metal pieces. Cutting is either oxy-fuel or plasma type. It is widely used in biotechnology and green chemistry, organic chemistry, fine chemicals and pharmacy, oil and gas etc.

Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger is widely used in biotechnology and green chemistry, fine chemicals and pharmacy. The characteristics are it has up to 45 sizes of plate with 3 different angles, the flange diameters is from 32 mm to 500 mm, the design pressure is up to 25 bar, the plates are made of AISI 304, 316, Titanium, Hastelloy etc. The basic components of a gasketed plate heat exchanger are the bundle of plate consisting of cold-stamped, corrugated plates, the number and design of which depends on the heating programme, the gaskets to ensure that the channels are isolated from one another and to control fluid flow and further the frame is provided for assembling and tightening the plates.
Heat Exchanger extensively used to transfer heat energy from one medium (fluid, liquid and gas) to another medium (fluid, liquid and gas) without mixing them. We design and develop heat exchangers as per application and requirement of customer. And it is used in Chemical Industries Pharmaceutical Industries, Distillery Industries, Breweries Industries, Food Processing Industries, Sugar Industries.

Heat Exchanger is designed to achieve efficient heat transfer from one medium to another with media separated by solid wall so as to ensure these never mix or be in direct contact. Being widely used in areas like chemical plants, petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas processing, and other industry sectors, the most common of these heat exchangers are used in oil refineries as well as in other large chemical processes where these are used in higher-pressure applications. Further, these heat exchangers also comprise plate heat exchanger which is differentiated in terms of details of plate design and sealing technologies used. The features are it has sturdy construction, it has less maintenance, it has corrosion & abrasion resistance and further has high performance.
