EM 27 Open Path Spectrometer

The Open Path Gas Analyzer EM27 is a broadband infrared detection system for remote sensing of hazardous atmospheric compounds. The system performance allows real-time field screening analysis (analysis less than 1 s). The lightweight system includes an infrared radiation analyzer based on the proven Bruker RockSolid™ interferometer. An internal calibration source provides self-test and self-calibration for radiometric measurements. Due to the novel design of the sensor module, the system is resistant to mechanical shocks, vibrations and temperature extremes. It is hardened for field operations in harsh environments. The Bruker EM27 features: - Easy handling - Robust and compact design - Low weight - Minimal power consumption - Fast measurement and analysis time In order to cover a large range of field application purposes, EM27 has two different system configurations with different sensitivities: Passive mode uses the natural infrared radiation signatures of chemical agents. Active mode detection uses the transmitted light from an active infrared source.

HI 90 Imaging Remote Sensing System

The new Bruker Hyperspectral Imaging System HI 90 is an imaging remote sensing system based on the combination of a Michelson interferometer and a focal plane array detector. Each pixel of the array records an interferogram from the corresponding field of view. A spectrum is obtained by fourier transformation and contains the infrared signature of the scene. The system allows identification, quantification and visualization of potentially hazardous gases from long distances. The Hyperspectral Imaging System HI 90 has been developed for a wide range of applications. The method of infrared remote sensing allows the detection, identification, and quantification of an extremely wide range of relevant organic molecules in the atmosphere. Thus, applications of the HI 90 range from basic research such as atmospheric research, environmental research, and volcanology to industrial applications as well as safety and security applications. A major field of applications of the HI 90 is homeland security. If hazardous compounds are released into the atmosphere, for example in the case of a terrorist attack or a chemical accident, emergency response forces require information about the released compounds immediately in order to take appropriate measures to protect workers, residents, and the environment. HI 90 allows identification and visualization of such hazardous clouds in the atmosphere from long distances of several kilometers (stand-off detection). The image of a cloud ...

ALPHA FT-IR Spectrometer

Compactness The new ALPHA will save you the much needed bench space in your laboratory. ALPHA‘s footprint only takes up a 22 cm by 30 cm space (about 8“ by 11“). ALPHA is light as well, only weighing about 7 kg (about 13 lbs). No sacrifice in performance The ALPHA interferometer is based on Bruker Optics’ patented RockSolid™ design, which is used in our laboratory and rugged process spectrometers. This means the ALPHA delivers the performance and reproducible results people have come to expect from a Bruker FT-IR spectrometer. The ALPHA is also insensitive to vibration, so it can be placed almost anywhere, can be moved, and be immediately operational without any need for alignment. ALPHA delivers excellent sensitivity as well as x-axis reproducibility and stability. Practicality for routine analysis The ALPHA makes FT-IR analysis simpler than it has ever been before. With it‘s plug-and-play operation, easy to set-up and ease of use, ALPHA brings practicality to FT-IR spectroscopy. ALPHA offers all the capabilities you expect to achieve for a routine analysis. The intuitive OPUS/Mentor software interface guides you every step of the way. The software is easy to learn. You will use your time for the FT-IR analysis – not for learning the software. Flexible Sampling The ALPHA offers full FT-IR sampling flexibility. User exchangeable QuickSnap™ sampling modules allow the analysis of almost any kind of sample (e.g. solids, liquids or gases)

470N4 Continuous Process Analyzer

470N4 Continuous Process Analyzer is used for continuous analysis of hydrocarbons including methane. It utilize a simple and reliable microprocessor-based non-dispersive infrared detector specific to CH4. The detector pulses an infrared beam of light through the sample tube, without the need for a mechanical chopper. In operation, the internal sample pump draws the sample gas through the filter/condensate trap, secondary filter, flow meter, and then on to the infrared detector. The detector output is digitally linearized and then displayed as percent or PPM CH4 on the digital meter. The output is also available as an analog or digital signal.
