Cartridge Filters completely removes oil, water & dirt from compressed air & other gases. This Filter removes 99.9999% of 0.01 micron size particles of oil, water & dirt continuously. The filters can be used for various Industrial and commercial water purification purpose. Its important specifications are its Filter Grades is 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75 µm, Maximum Differential Pressure is 50 psid (3.45 bar) @ ambient, 25 psid (1.72 bar) @ 125°F (52°C) and further filter cartridges are free of surfactants, anti-static agents, binders and adhesives.

Degassifiers or Decarbonators are made out of light weight FRP material which is also non corrosive & ideally suited for corrosive surroundings in DM plants or post RO plant. Anxillary scrubbing system is used to absorb the degassified gas from water thus giving by products like NaSH. The System is widely used for degassification of H2S and degassification of Co2. It is also used before anion exchanger to reduce the anionic load in DM plant. Ammonia Scrubbers are used in the chemical industry to reduce or eliminate the ammonia gas emissions. In the case of ammonia scrubbers, dilute sulfuric acid is typically used to neutralize the ammonia. The resulting byproduct, a form of salt, is collected and removed through the waste water blow down, as the treated air stream is exhausted through the stack. Due to its toxicity, ammonia gas is a regulated compound that needs to be treated below established limits before it is released into the atmosphere. Scrubbers are built to remove particulates before it is discharged through the exhaust stack.

Industrial Wet Scrubbers are effective air pollution control devices for removing particles and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams. Wet scrubbers operate by introducing the dirty gas stream with a scrubbing liquid – typically water. Particulate or gases are collected in the scrubbing liquid. Wet scrubbers are generally the most appropriate air pollution control device for collecting both particulate and gas in a single system. Wet Scrubbers are common in many industrial applications including pollutant reduction at petroleum refineries, chemical processes, acid manufacturing plants and steel making.
