SVP-7200 Pilot Operated Safety Valves are able to operate at considerably higher set pressure than is possible with spring loaded safety relief valves, the valve operation and lift are unaffected by back-pressure. The valves are designed and manufactured according to 97/23/CE P.E.D. and ASME VIII, API527 requirement. They have passed several laboratories tests to obtain the conformance to the Pressure Equipment Directive, PED 97/23CE, accordingly to the product regulation EN ISO 4126-4 for use with gas, vapour and liquid. SMU-7000 Safety Relief Valve is specifically designed for overpressure protection of unfired pressure vessel. Sizes and orifices are from 1” D 2” to 8” T 10”, face to face dimensions arein accordance to API526. Available pressure range is from 0.4 Bar to 414 Bar and for pressure ratings up to 2500#. Different material of construction can be selected, depending on the application. The media used can be gas, steam and liquid. The temperature range is from -267 C to 715 C. A Piston Valve is a seatless and glandless valve. It uses a piston, lantern bush and a set of rings for valve operation. Gauge Valves include multiport or block and bleed style for pressure gauge isolation, calibration and venting. 3/2-Way Direct Acting Solenoid Valves is available in normally closed, normally open, universal type. The sizes are 6 mm (1/4") to 15 mm (1/2"). The differential pressure is from 0 to 7 bar.
