Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves have centric disc construction, single piece body, and resilient seated seat in various materials of constructions to give a 100% tight shut-off in both directions of flow against vacuum and design pressure ratings of PN 1.0 and PN 1.6. This series was designed to meet the stringent requirements for applications wherever positive shut-off is required for liquids, gases and slurries. The features are it has unbreakable pressed steel levers, it has closed end body, it has one piece shaft which delivers positive disk to seat location with maximum strength and further it has low and stable torque.

Ball Valves have been engineered with durability in mind, and are designed for high-cycle applications, even in working environments that feature limited space. The ball valves can be configured to open by lever, hand-wheel, gearbox, or other actuation methods (such as electric motors), making them a versatile solution for many different applications, including oil and gas operations. The available size range is 2”–40” and the pressure rating is 150LBS–2500LBS. Two different types of ball valves, which differ from one another in the ball being used and the end application: floating ball valves and trunnion mounted ball valves. Trunnion mounted ball valves use a spring mechanism and/or lined pressure support to drive the upstream seat against the stationary ball. Floating ball valves, on the other hand, utilize natural line pressure to press and seal the ball against the downstream seat.

Industrial Split Body Butterfly Valve Series 40/41 valve has a two-piece (split body) cast iron body available in wafer and full lug construction. It is provided with heavy-duty, two-piece body with extended neck for 2” piping insulation. Two coats of hard, zinc-rich epoxy for excellent corrosion resistance is optional. It is ideal for use in the chemical industry, in processes with hazardous fluids, in the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical facilities, electronics production plants and other industries.

Series 7 Trunnion Ball Valve sizes range from 2” to 12” in 150 to 1500 ASME classes. They are straight-through flow valves which provide shutoff with minimal pressure drop and flow turbulence. The barrier to flow is a ball which is rotated 90 degrees to the direction of the flow. The ball is supported and the seat rings are floating, free to move along the flow axis. As the pressure increases the fluid pressure pushes the seat rings against the ball. It is widely used in oil, gas and industrial markets.
