Axial Flow Control Valve is designed for special applications requiring high flow capacity, the precise control from a linear motion closure member, and reduced turbulence and vibrational effects. An ideal application is centrifugal compressors, as commonly used in gas transmission compressor stations, petro-chemical installations etc. To protect the compressor, the anti-surge valve control valve must open very fast and eject the surge. 23E PTFE-Lined Rotary Plug Control Valve is designed for general service application up to the limits of the ANSI 150 pressure class rating. These general service applications focus on extremely corrosive media found in chemical processes. The Pfeiffer 23e design increases flow capacities but also reduces the pressure recovery factor making the design more susceptible to cavitation, flashing, and flow noise generation. The design of this rotary plug allows for bi-directional flow with flow pushing plug out of seat, the preferred direction for control valve applications and flow pushing plug into seat, the preferred direction for shut-off applications. The size range is from 1" to 4" and its temperature range is from -10 to 200 C.
Type 3349 Aseptic Angle Control Valve is designed for the strict sanitary requirements of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries that includes the use of USP-VI diaphragm. The valve body is designed without cavities, having a smooth, polished, satin, or mirror finish on internal and external surfaces, and the stem guide is sealed by a diaphragm. A test connection enables the diaphragm to be monitored for leakages. Its size range is 1/2" to 4" and the temperature range is 0 to 160?.

Type 3246 Cryogenic Control Valve is designed for cryogenic service applications up to the limits of the ANSI 900 pressure class rating. Also included is a long insulating section as well as a circulation inhibitor to minimize the effects of the medium flow in the insulating section. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle, can be equipped with the company's actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves. It has size from 1/2" to 10" and the temperature range is -196 to 65 C.
Jacketed Plug Valve is provided with full jacketed design and has multiple connection for proper jacket drainage and is specially designed for circulation of hot or cold liquid or gas. Cast Steel Gate Valves are designed and manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. The valves opens by lifting a round or rectangular gate/wedge out of the path of the fluid.
