Manual Bellows Seal Isolating Valves Series 8700 are used for applications which require low internal volumes of chemicals within the valve body and will be used on lower pressure applications. The isolating valve gives tight shut off and zero emissions outside of the pressure envelope. Its sizes forged is 1 1/2” (DN40) and the body material used is Carb steel, stainless steel or CW12MW NiCrMoW, Nickel alloy. Its sizes cast is 2” to 8” (DN40 to DN200) and the body material is A216 WCB, A352 LCC Carb Steel, A351 CF8M St Steel, A494 M35-1 NiCu Alloy, CW12MW NiCrMoW Alloy.

Pilot Operated Pressure Reducing Valve automatically cuts off the flow of a liquid or gas at a certain pressure. These are used to regulate gas pressure and are not used for measuring flow rates. The Static Pressure of the Liquid in the tank acts to increase the contact pressure on the valve seat, it contributes to tight shut off. The Plug/Disc can be removed easily without removing the valve plug from the body and this construction permits easy replacement of valve disc in a short time. The shape of the flow passage allows to discharge an immense quantity of liquid from a vessel quickly. The internal design does not allow discharged liquid to remain in the valve.
