Lead the development of robust downstream unit operations and processes that can be scaled to pilot, clinical, and commercial manufacturing scales. Lead the examination of novel purification technologies for manufacturing and process development. Develop areas of specific technical expertise and training and guiding others in those areas. Represent the department in cross-functional and/or cross-site interactions. Prepare internal technical reports and externally presenting and/or publishing technology advancements.

Job Requirement

PhD. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related discipline or Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
