Develop and test new ideas directed at improving coatings properties to add value through improved performance, ability to meet regulatory requirements, reduced cost or improved efficiency in manufacturing or application. Assist in developing project objectives and goals and in recommending new projects by applying a sound understanding of scientific principles, formulation technology and manufacturing. Network with other scientist and engineers across R&D and manufacturing to develop products that can transition quickly from the laboratory to commercial scale.

Job Requirement

B.S. Degree in a Technical/Engineering field such as Chemistry, Polymer Science, Coatings Science, or Chemical Engineering with at least 2-3 years of laboratory experience.
