Demonstrate strong project management skills with detailed project plans and ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects at once. Oversee and/or lead the development of new products, or review of existing products, including scale up and customer trials. Operate as a mentor and role model to peers in day to day activities. Participate in bench work, as necessary, and drive efficiency through example and coaching.

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree or higher in a Laboratory Science, preferably Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of work experience in chemistry or coatings industry.
