Description

 

Paclitaxel is a mitotic inhibitor used in cancer chemotherapy. It is now used to treat patients with lung, ovarian, breast cancer, head and neck cancer, and advanced forms of Kaposi's sarcoma. It is also used for the prevention of restenosis.
