ROHAVIN VR-X Properties




ROHAVIN VR-X is a liquid enzyme complex composed of pectinases, cellulases, beta glucanases, and proteases. It is especially well-suited to winemaking. It is used to improve color extraction, filtration and taste during production. It increases the filterability in young wines that are difficult to filter. And when young wines contain yeast, this complex releases positive taste components from their yeast cells.
