Nitric Acid Concentration Plant is used for the concentration of nitric acid which is used in manufacture of fertilizers, dyes, pharmaceuticals, ammonium nitrate and other speciality organic nitro-derivatives. The process of concentration of nitric acid involved pre-concentration of the acid by conventional method up to a concentration of approximately 68% by weight of nitric acid. Beyond this point, water and nitric acid form an azeotrope. For further concentration, concentrated sulphuric acid (70%) is used. Nitric acid and sulphuric acid are entered into the column from separate ends and pass through a column of glass packing to give concentrated nitric acid as a result.

Blister Packing Machine Excel-44 is a flat forming flat sealing, servo powered, high speed blister packing machine. This machine is suitable for both the cold forming (ALU/ALU) and thermo forming (PVC/ALU) blister packs. This machine is also suitable for large production batches. Its packing speed is 40 cycles/min for thermo-forming and 35 cycles/min for cold-forming. It is also provided with auto feeding system by PLC logic with pneumatic combination.

Bromine Recovery Plant

Bromine Recovery Plant is used for the recovery of bromine. The process of Bromine Recovery consists of simultaneous chlorination & steam blowing. The feed stock acidic in nature is preheated to near its boiling in feed pre heater and then fed to the main column where steam and chlorine are blown simultaneously. The bromine as set free by chlorine are steam distilled. The liberated bromine together with steam and some excess chlorine is condensed in the condenser. The condensate is taken to a gravity separator where bromine and bromine water are separated. While bromine is taken in the purification column the aq. layer is recycled into the main column. Crude bromine is purified under reflux and pure bromine is collected in the receiver. All uncondensed vapour pass through the tail scrubber to recover the last traces of bromine.

Nitrogen Oxide Absorption Plant

Nitrogen Oxide Absorption Plant is used for the generation of nitrogen oxide which is generated from many processes including nitration process, for both organic and several inorganic compounds. These gases are also formed in the nitration of aromatic compounds (toluene, naphtalenes and many of their derivatives), including the production of practically all types of explosives, in the attack of some relevant metals (like copper, bismuth, etc.), in gold & silver refineries. Proper oxidation of NO is completed for the optimum absorption efficiency with minimal energy consumption. Sulphuric Acid Concentration Plant

Sulphuric Acid Concentration Plant is used for the concentration of sulphuric acid. The concentration process involves multiple stages depending on final concentration required. Concentration up to 70% sulphuric acid can be achieved by simple evaporation of the dilute acid under vacuum. The evaporation is carried out in multiple evaporators in stages, to achieve desired concentration. Beyond this concentration, the evaporated water has increased acid content and hence a washing column needs to be installed to recover this acid. By adjusting temperature and pressure, along with other operating conditions, concentrated sulphuric acid up to 93% ( by weight) may be derived.

Nitric Acid Concentration Plant

Nitric Acid Concentration Plant is used to obtain virtually water-free nitric acid from the weak acid. It must be distilled in the presence of an extractive agent such as sulfuric acid. This displaces the vapour liquid equilibrium of the HNO3-H2O system which reaches an azeotropic composition so that above a certain proportion of sulfuric acid the azeotrope no longer appears. The advantages are it provides reduction of the amount of live steam, reduction of the consumption of sulfuric acid, possibility of using sulfuric acid of lower concentration, higher output for a given column diameter and simpler process control system.

Sulphuric Acid Concentration Plant is widely used for the concentration of sulphuric acid. Sulfuric acid is concentrated by evaporating water. Due to the boiling behavior, different process solutions have to be found for three concentration ranges such as pre-concentrating, concentrating to medium concentration and concentrating to higher concentration. Single or multi-stage natural circulation evaporators are used for concentrating waste acids of 20-50% H2SO4 content. The vacuum forced-circulation evaporator is proved effective for concentrating up to 96%.

API Oil Separator

API Oil Separator is a device designed to separate gross amounts of oil and suspended solids from the wastewater effluents of oil refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical plants, natural gas processing plants and other industrial sources. The API separator is a gravity separation device designed by using Stokes Law to define the rise velocity of oil droplets based on their density and size. The design of the separator is based on the specific gravity difference between the oil and the wastewater because that difference is much smaller than the specific gravity difference between the suspended solids and water. Based on that design criterion, most of the suspended solids will settle to the bottom of the separator as a sediment layer, the oil will rise to top of the separator, and the wastewater will be the middle layer between the oil on top and the solids on the bottom.
